Hello everyone I am new here and looking to try these pheromones! A little about myself. 20 year old, Male, Indianapolis,Indiana. The reason that I am here is because I have a low self esteem issue talking to women. Although I spend much of my time working on my appearance and trying to look good I often fall short at getting noticed. This in turn causes me to worry that I am not attractive or that I am a loser. Hi JVIaGiK, welcome to pherotalk! The [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) can be dependent on a few different factors, but ammo is a great first start. Depending on how much money you have to spend as well, you can take a look at the killer phermone newbie kit. It has a lot of things you can test out because it will let you find out which one works the best with you. I only suggest that because if you can, definitely get IO. It helps you open up to women as it no only affects them but it affects you too. Instant shine will also be a great mood booster so you can be a little more confident than how you usually are, and ammo is a great all purpose pheromone. ---

Hello! I’m in Indy too (well Speedway)! I’m going to make a different recomendation. Instant Shine + [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). This is my James Bond mix, it gets me out of my shell and just makes me feel like a smooth operator which is completely out of context with my normal behavior. Toss in Instant Openness or Instant Shine for fueling conversation (depending on the type of conversation you are looking for) and you’ll be good to go man! ---

Welcome JVI, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie.
