So, like most newbies, the curiosity finally got to me and I thought I might as well try this out. I’m an 18 y/o male from the U.S. and have never used [pheromones](https://a314.com/) before. I’ve been in a relationship for about a year now and I’m looking for a way to spice things up. I’m also quite shy, so unless someone approaches me first I probably wouldn’t talk to them, be it a boy or girl. I guess my first question is: Do pheromones actually work and will any help me with the issues I said previously. Not expecting miracles, but maybe just a push in the right direction! Thanks!🙂 ---

Hey LDR silver, welcome to pherotalk. How do you mean spice things up? Do you want to have sex more often? Keep in mind pheromones work but they enhance things, and do not force people to do things against their will ie they can make your GF horny but if she is a sex before marriage type of person she will still likely not have sex with you. That being said you can always try tuth if you’re looking for sexual heat, or just ammo if you’re looking for general attraction or spice, whatever you like to call it. If you’re shy, you can always try instant openness and it helps you get chattier. It definitely makes me chattier - I’m also a bit shy from time to time. I would start with these three and go from there, possibly adding IS to the mix since it is so versatile. IG might even be a good pick for you as well. ---

Definitely a “more often” kind of thing, so enhancement would be perfect. And she’s no nun so I’m in the clear there. But thank you for the advice! Cant wait to try it out ---

hi there LDRsilver, the short answer is yes mones will help but of course you need to do your part as well. Mones enhance and reinforce the user once you are congruent with them. That being said you may use [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or Instant Openess for the shyness and you could layer that with a more sexual mone like TUTH to get the girlfriend more revved up if you catch my drift. As you are younger be careful with dosages and find your sweet spot especially with the sexual mones. If played right you will notice waaaaay more SPICE in your life 😉 ---

For spice in the bedroom my goto would be TUTH, P83 and TAC (A1 too, but that’s from another supplier). Outside of the bedroom you’ll be looking at some sort of rone/none product. I’d suggest Ammo (check out the scent options) and also read up on Summer Ammo (yet to try that one). [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is also an option, but you need a spray of TUTH to turn it sexual. One other thing to consider is IH for bonding (don’t underestimate how important rapport is to a woman). IH, or b-nol) is about the best fallout molecule I’ve tried, although P74 and A1 are also great, but A1 can mute none too much in a relationship that hasn’t turned sexual yet, read P74 can do the same, but I ran out before I got a full handle on that mone. ---
