I’m interested in possibly purchasing and am looking forward to the new member gift. How do you choose what ‘level’ mcg to go with. I know some say ‘super expert’ and so on but what’s really right? ---

I’m in my mid 20’s. I’m an athletic build. I work in sales and I’m single.
