My name’s Cody. I’m in my early twenties and live in a college town called Stillwater (OSU). I’m not really sure how I came across [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). I think perhaps there was an online ad and I happened to click on it. Anyways, I was reading an article on pheromones that mentioned Ocean’s 13. It suggested to buy this product they recommended, so I proceeded to read about it. At first, I was like “this is funny… I have great smelling colognes (Armani, Boss, etc) and they don’t seem to _attract_ like they say these pheromones do.” So, I googled in “pheromone reviews” and that’s when I found this website. I read about it some more, and seen some pretty good opinions. Now I figured I might give it a try, just to experiment for now. I’m not really sure which ones to try since there are so many different pheromones and most of them seem to have different effects. I’m somewhat shy & average looking, I hardly ever go out so I don’t have many friends here, and since I’m kinda a laid back guy I sometimes I have trouble attracting girls. I’m preferably looking to use pheromones when I go out to a bar/club every once in awhile. Any advice on choosing pheromones? Thanks! 🙂 ---

Welcome to the forum candlelit! The best all round phero for you will be the Ammo, which gives out sexual vibes and well balanced with some [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/). Its easy to use without the fear of OD, smells great on its own as well. Since you are so laid back, you need to have some confidence in starting up chatting up those hotties in the clubs, bars, etc. Instant Shine is a good phero to make you more approachable, making people around you feel good, and you will also feel good about yourself, boosting confidence. Instant Openness will make people open up and have deep conversations with you, but still you need to initiate it. You can get some of these in the to go sizes, which will make it easier on your pocket. You will also qualify for a GC that will make it easier to place your first order. Do ask any questions that you have. Things will be much easier if you read some of the stickies for noobs at the men’s forum. We would like to hear of your experiences here in the forum. Cheers! Welcome to the forum Cody! You can wait until you are older to use products like Turn Up The Heat. It has a high quantity of androstenone and you probably produce plenty of androstenone at 21. Kusro and Gone have made some good suggestions. Ammo has the same amount of none in it as TUTH, but it is buffered by two [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) to make it less aggressive than TUTH. I prefer IH over IO because it will help your conversations to be more meaningful and deeper than the chattiness of IO. I like instant shine because it will help you and those around you have more fun and feel happy. Kuso is correct by asking you to read the stickies in the mens forum. thanks everyone! I’ll definitely post my experiences with them & be trying out ammo, Shine, & Openness. I’ve also read about Turn up the heat, a314, & TAC that I may later look into as well. ---

When you first get them you’ll probably want to spray 'em all on at once. Most of us do just that 😃 . It’s fine but you really will not begin to understand what the effects of each one and how they work together until you spend some time getting to know each one. Best results come from trying one product for at least a week. Start with one spray on monday, 2 sprays on tuesday, 3 sprays the next day, then skip a day so you can see the difference. Next you might want to go back to one spray in the morning and add a spray in the afternoon. It’s all about finding out what works best with your body chemistry and personality. Read the forums, use the search button, ask questions. 🙂 By the way, before you buy an advanced product like TAC make sure you have a good feel for how all the instant products work. The advanced stuff can be really hard to figure out. I’m just testing TAC myself for the first time. I’m not getting anything like some other forum reports, but I know that it can take a lot of trial and error to find a good dosage. Some times new guys think it’s just spray and go and if something doesn’t work right away they give up or think it’s a scam. Good luck and have F-U-N! ---

I probably would have been one of those to spray all and go until you mentioned about each have their own chemistry. I will definitely try one at a time and grow from there. Thanks! ---
