Which leads me to my first question - in your experience, do pheromones which enhance your personality traits tend to work better than or pheromones which offset them?

I have no idea about this. But maybe other more experienced users do!

I also suffer from terrible bouts of insomnia, so if anyone can recommend something to put me to sleep, I would be most appreciative. I currently use Ambien, so if someone could do a comparison, it would be most helpful.

I heard many people had experienced Spaceland to calm themself down and sleep well.

After reading some of your threads, I have bought my first batch of pheromones, which just arrived today! They are: Instant Shine 1X, I/S B to-go, MX135 to-go, and a free sample of Come Talk to Me (thanks jacob). Are the to-go bottles more concentrated? Also, do you recommend storing pheromones in the fridge?

You went ahead buying some great products already. Nice choices.
To-go bottle and full bottles are the same concentration, but the togo bottle has a smaller spray head, so the pheromone content in each sprays is not much as the spray from the full bottle. For example, a full bottle spray has 5mcg of pheromone, then the to-go spray has <5mcg.

I just used Instant Shine, one spray on inside elbow, one spray in hair and I don’t feel any effects, but I am going to go test it out at the gym. I’ll post my test results later. Thanks for reading!
