Keeping a journal is a great way of keeping track of what are wearing, at what doses, and how each products interacts with another. You can learn a lot from other peoplés experiences, but everyone´s body chemistry is different, so you have to make your own concluisons.
Also, it´s a good idea to test each product on it´s own before starting to mix them. The ideal way of doing this is testing each product starting with a small amount and then adding more of it, like, let´s say, you strat using AMMO at 1 spray for a couple of days; then you use it at 2 prays for a nother couple of days; and so on, till you get to know what is the amount that works better for you.
If you want to see how effective is a mixture, you have to focus in two things: the effect it has on you and the effcts it has in other people. If you realize you are feeling more relaxed and confident in a situation thet usually makes you nervous, you know it´s working good. If you see other people is more at ease when talking with you, it means its working good. You have to realize that when you have an effect on others, it has an effect on you, and viceversa.
