First Impression Extremely Negative So far, not so good here. Weā€™re starting on shaky ground šŸ˜• I was hoping to post outcome while traveling. After reading through some posts, decided to make the 1st purchase from AD: IH, IO, and TUTH to-goā€™s. Given that weā€™ll be out of town for the week and upcoming holiday, paid for expedited shipping ā€œFedEx Overnight Next-Business Day by 10:30AM _Fully Tracked & Insured_ā€ which was listed as $29.95 but was actually $39.95 when billed. Placed order, when ā€œshippedā€ email arrived, it was standard shipping listed. Havenā€™t had any success making contact with AD support or via phone. Writing this message 20 minutes past the 10:30 AM deadline for delivery I paid for, no products. Wouldnā€™t normally be an issue, sure something could be resolved, butā€¦ due to travel, this means that it will most likely sit on my porch for a weekā€¦ for an additional $39.95. ---

That was done the first day. Got an automated response from ā€œMickaeliaā€ for ticket #30443. Never received a response and even though I paid for FedEx Next Day, the USPS 2 Day tracking number I received didnā€™t have any tracking information. So, Iā€™m still not sure how to get any support. It hasnā€™t been a very good first impression at all. Iā€™ll be leaving shortly and the service I paid for wasnā€™t met. Iā€™m also not sure how to properly introduce myself. I wasnā€™t really all that interested in a discount, just wanted to purchase products to try. ---

Nope. Received 2 automated responses to 2 support requests, have not heard a single thing from anyone at Androtics. According to USPS, it looks like there was a shipment created and entered in their system, but itā€™s still in Los Angeles (since 5/23). I havenā€™t heard from any of their people. I havenā€™t received an update. This is extremely shady as the entire basis of successful ecommerce is communication and customer service. The only thing I know is, they have my money, for certain. At this point Iā€™m almost questioning even this forum since the same company runs it. Also, as an FYI, after some research, I went to Love-Scents and HAX Pheros and purchased three comparable productsā€¦ they all arrived the next day before departure, as promised, as if paid for. ---
