I wear 2 sprays of ammo to get dihl looks and build attraction. Then I also usually wear some IO to keep a conversation flowing and IH to make it a little deeper. I’d recommend getting 2 to gos, 1 of IO 2x and 1 of IH 2x and seeing your sweet spots. The 2x is a good idea because it’s hard to overdose on those social products, 2 sprays of 2x will likely not be an od. IS can also help you feel better and makes the people around you feel happier as well. Until ammo is back in stock, I recommend IG if you are in college for some confidence and an alpha vibe, or a314 if you are working. Good luck! ---

No, not yet but I should be getting my first order mid of this week and I’m excited to see the effects and to find my sweet spot! Ok A little more about myself I am the quite shy type I guess, But I like to think of myself as being more of a listen before I talk type, Dont really care for going to bars or clubs but I guess that kind of makes it harder to meet new people I do have alot more female friend than male which makes things better because I do date alot and I like to go to places like nice restaurants or see a movie when I have time since being self employed takes up most of my time, which makes it difficult to put in the time to be in a long relationship. there is this one friend that I have been dating for a few years that I would like to take to the next level, that is one reason I came here to find something to help me with my low self esteem well we both have low self esteem but I really like her but dont know how to come on to her. if anyone know what is the [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) to use please let me know. Hi Iceold, I’m glad that you came out of your shell and shared more information about yourself. It give us a better view what could help you find you. I have the same problem myself about my shyness but on the other hand I do have self-confidence and a high self esteem. when I first heard about pheromone I didnt think it would work so I goggle it and found this site, in three day you all have convince me it works so I will be trying instant openness, instant honesty and instant shine I will let you all now how it work out. I really like this site 🙂 ---

Please notice though that they work with you not for you! You will have to put an effort to make changes so that things can go the way you want, you cannot expect the mones to do all the work. They are just a factor in the equation. Think of mones like getting a nice new haircut or wearing some nice clothes. They will get you noticed, but you need to act on the signs people are throwing at you. If not, you may be disappointed. With that said you some good products to start out with. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) has a nice uplifting self effect in many people that may boost your confidence. If you bought normal strength, you may need to use up to 6 sprays to see effects. It is different for everyone though. IO may help you get out of your shell and want to talk. It causes blabber mouth syndrome in a lot of people, however paired with your IH, you can steer the convo deeper and make it more meaningful. Well , speaking for all ladies, there is nothing sexier than a confident man. Not cocky but know what they got and smooth. I am learning that more and more men are less confident than we ladies thought and while we think there is something wrong with us. Do us girls a favor and approach, we want you to.
