Please notice though that they work with you not for you! You will have to put an effort to make changes so that things can go the way you want, you cannot expect the mones to do all the work. They are just a factor in the equation. Think of mones like getting a nice new haircut or wearing some nice clothes. They will get you noticed, but you need to act on the signs people are throwing at you. If not, you may be disappointed. With that said you some good products to start out with. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) has a nice uplifting self effect in many people that may boost your confidence. If you bought normal strength, you may need to use up to 6 sprays to see effects. It is different for everyone though. IO may help you get out of your shell and want to talk. It causes blabber mouth syndrome in a lot of people, however paired with your IH, you can steer the convo deeper and make it more meaningful.
