Hi all! I’m a male in my early twenties currently living in Norway! I’m about 1.73m tall and have a rather slim build. I would call myself an **enthusiastic** person, sometimes maybe a bit too enthusiastic to some people’s tastes 🙂 In my home country (about 1500km to the south) I have quite a lot of friends and acquaintances so most of the time I’m able to have a great time. However, if I’m introduced to new situations I sometimes get **somewhat shy or insecure**. This **disappears** when I get engaged in conversation, so people are sometimes surprised by my energy if they’ve seen me acting shy only moments earlier. If I’m with my friends I tend to have a leading personality and I can get maybe a little too pushy at times. However, with unknown or lesser-known people this doesn’t happen at all - but rather quite the opposite. Also, I seem to be one of those **instant friend-zone** -guys. I can talk to girls easily enough, make them laugh and generally have a great time, but they never seem to take me seriously as a candidate-partner. So… since I’m quite a scientifically-oriented person I am quite **sceptical** about all this [pheromone](https://a314.com/)-stuff, but I might just try it out anyhow out of sheer curiosity. Any ideas on where to start? ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. If you are skeptical about pheromones try reading through the abstracts. That should conviceyou they are real and they have real effects. The studies are there to show it. If you can be shy at first and also get freind zoned a lot, then the Ammo recommendation is good. The IO is also good as it helps with those initial gabby conversations but if you turn on the conversations and maybe a little too strong then it might work against you if you are not careful. Two other good products to consider are IH and Ishine. IH helps create feelings of connection and often leads to deeper conversations as a result. This is what you may need a little later into certain relationships. The other is IShine. IShine helps the people around you feel happy to be near you. Hope this helps some. ---

Hi nottono! Welcome to the forum! You have been taken care of by some great posters already. I’m glad to see that. For the suggestions on mone products, I do agree with the above 2 responders. I’ll suggest you take a look at this thread, which helped me understand the mechanics to this mone stuff… 🙂 Why Androtics is here and how it came about that they suggest you combo the mones on your skin.
