Hello everyone. I am hoping [pheromones](https://a314.com/) will help me out in social situations. I feel nervous whenever I meet new people. I also just got out of a bad relationship, which led me to mistrust men and not want to go near them for a long time. hello rhiannon welcome to the forum 🙂 if you are looking to improve your social situations, i would suggest IO and Instant shine, IO is great for breaking the ice since you said you are usually nervous. Instant shine will make you stand out and make you feel good and confident. I don’t know what products to suggest for romance, but I heard [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) is a good product for women, maybe someone else here can give you some suggestions. anyway, good luck and have fun here. ---

Argh I just typed a long response and lost it all 😠 I’ll just redo it. Thanks Mockingbird, jamesbonded, K24 for welcoming me 🙂 Mockingbird, men suck. Just kidding 😉 I know there are some good ones out there. Unfortunately it seems like I only attract jerks and psychos. I will have to try the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty. I just tried Instant Shine and Instant Sexiness A today. From today’s experiment, I have concluded that particular mix attracts for me anyway, young women and old men. I sprayed 2 sprays Instant Shine (1 on cleavage and 1 on wrists) and 2 sprays Instant Sexiness (1 on back of neck and 1 on hair). I went to lunch at Pizza Hut Bistro by myself. My waitress is a young blonde, probably in her early 20’s. She sat down at my table right across from me and leaned towards me smiling to take my order. I’ve never had the waiter or waitress sit down with me. She came by my table a lot 6 or 7 times, always smiling and laughing, called me sweetie. I ordered a personal pan, but she came back saying she put in a medium pizza by mistake, but I’m only being charged for the cost of a personal pan and she can get me a box to take the extra home. I’ve never had women be so friendly before, so it’s hard to tell if she was naturally friendly or attracted. I don’t know it was just the way she looked at me, kind of felt like she was flirting. She was cute, too bad I’m not bi 🙂 I thought Instant Sexiness was supposed to attract just men? At the gym an old guy kept turning around to talk to me and at one point he comes over to show me how to use the machine right. This particular machine has me pulling the bar towards my chest, so of course that is the area he is looking at. Yuck. So nothing from my target audience, well not that I noticed. But I am excited at the fact that there are results. Also I’m in a better mood, right away I felt kind of happy/peaceful. I don’t know if this is me reacting to the pheromones or me anticipating people reacting positively towards me. I also felt less nervous being around people. I can’t wait to try more! Too bad pheromones don’t filter out people you don’t want attracted to you. I am just envisioning a trail of old men following me around. ---

Hi Rhiannon Your report of first wear was successful in my opinion. You were feeling good and making others feel good. Your waitress was effected in the same way you were and was trying to suck up as much of the instant shine as she could. 🙂 We can’t really filter out those we don’t want to be affected and it so much fun to see such great confirmations of effectiveness. Just think of how helpful the same combination would be when you are with your target age range. Your post was held in spam moderation, Tisha releases them several times a day. I know the product is called “instant” but if you work with the dosage you will find it can attract more then old men and women. As inkling mentioned you had a successful first experience with them. Up the dosage of Isex, I will wear anywhere from 3 to 5 sprays of it. Keep in mind you cant totally control who will attract to it. Women still are friendly which for me is fine, you can never have to many friends and old men well there harmless really so if they say something sassy as old men normally do I just give them a wink. Makes there day. You never know what that old man grandson may look like. LOL I know it must seem that way since your just getting out of a relationship but we all have to weed though the jerks and psycos to get to the keepers. I think IS/a is a good choice for you because its more of a sexy alpha don’t f&ck with me kind vibe. Similar to the Angelina Jolie persona. I suggest some IH and MX135 for you next order. There is one particular guy I like so am hoping I can walk by him while wearing it. I don’t really mind the women being extra nice, that is actually fun. I guess old guys = grandpa to me and I can’t see them being attracted to me. I was friendly though. Does IS/A or IS/B work better on younger guys (20’s - 30’s)? I don’t want to intimidate a guy. I think usually I come off as aloof/don’t mess with me in public and I’m a scorpio so I’m intense already. Maybe I come off as intimidating to the target range of guys I’m going for.
