Hello everyone, I was reading pheromonetalk for awhile and decided to go ahead with my purchase. I am an Asian, 22 years old, well built from playing rugby and pretty confident by nature. Extroverted and loud. I guess that means i shouldn’t use [Instant Jerk](https://a314.com/product/instant-jerk/) and not too much A314 lol… However, I will be trying out my purchases and logging it down with a journal and updating here. Hey Leinadgnow and a warm welcome to the forums 🙂 So what products did you purchase? Your personality sounds like you dont “need” IJ but it can still be handy, I find you need to try it to understand it 😃 As for A314 young guys dont need lots of it anyway but its all about experimenting to find your sweet spot, its great to hear that you plan on reporting 🙂 So what are your goals for using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)? ---

Hi Leinadgnow - Welcome to Pherotalk! 🙂 The general advice for Asian guys id to go easy on the none and as you are well-built, the chances are you may be producing a good bit already. So yeah, IJ, TUTH and other strong none products are maybe left till you feel like experementing. However, there are plenty of other pheros mixes that may well suit you very well. 🙂 IG is one that has a good track record with Asian guys, still plenty of status but without the heavy vibe of A314, plus IO, for general openness and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for a happy/feelgood impression that should help offset your build. 🙂 ---

Hi there. You have found a great place to start learning about mones. Most people is very friendly and new members are welcomed. Cool to see you are planing to start a journal. I think that´s the best tool to achive good results. Sweetspot testing and keeping a journal will give you enough information to undestand what each product works for you, at what doses and also will help you to keep track of hits and effects in other people. If you have not already done it, i would suggest you to read al the sticky threads in the mens´s section, to gain some basic knowledge about how products work and how to use them. There are also several very interesting threads about mones and asian ladies. If you learn how to perform searches, you will easily find them. As far as I´ve read, age and race are very important in this business. Welcome on board. Talk to you soon. ---
