Hi everyone, First and foremost I would like to introduce myself. My name is Felix and I am 25 years young, at least until my girlfriend said to me “happy half way to 50”. It felt as if a sharp dagger just pierced through my heart. Hahahaha =) Anyway, I started digging about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) just a couple of weeks back due to the fact that I came across ‘Pherlure’. Then, it triggered certain curiosity in my head that saying “I need to know more about this stuff”. From there, I started to do some reserach and ended up in this forum. This is a great news for me, because I havent purchased pherlure and now I have found a site with better pheromones and the forum with the people who knows the stuff better than anyone else. I am just simply…GREATFUL. Now, my expectation of pheromones had double up or perhaps had increase greatly. I don’t seem to have any problem with girls, however, I do have problems in speaking about my ideas and perpectives to my superiors at work environment. Perhaps, anyone will be able to help me of giving some advice which pheromones will work well to my current ‘bump on the road’ so to speak. Thank you, Felix ---

Hi there , Welcome to the forum. Luckily you haven’t buy pherlure. I used it before without much effect. For work, try A314. It can make your superior listen to you more as they will respect you. It also project you as capable and trusted. Good luck and have fun ---

Hey Random, I agree with james bonded in that A314 is great for more a work environment, or just if you want to build respect. Since you have a hard time giving your ideas, I would also try Instant Shine (builds confidence, makes people generally happy) and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), which makes you and other people open up more. ---

Hey guys, thanks for the warm and quick reply. I have read that M314 if used too much will create a ghost effect. How much is too much and how little is too little?? Maybe I should try with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and instant Openness first before I go into M314. What do you guys think?? I know this will be a very noobie question, but I just have to ask it. How to wear it in combination? How to find my sweet spot? thanks, ---

Hello Felix, Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Ahh you got a long way to go till 50, dont worry yourself about that the best is yet to come. 😉 So your not really shy just have some status problems at work. I would suggest A314 to up your status. Give you a more commanding respectful aura. Help make people more accommodating. Give you a boost of confidence which in turn may help you voice yourself better. 2 other great choices that go well with it are IH and Ishine. Ishine for a uplifting, warm , charismatic vibe. This will draw people to you. IH for deeper more meaningful communication and a feeling of connection. If you have any questions just ask. **Your GC is on its way** 😃 Whoops we were posting at the same time LOL Finding your sweet spot… Start with one spray and go out and see how things go. Then move up to 2 sprays either the next day or 6 hours after application. When you start to see reactions and behavior changes you know you around your sweet spot. Most people have a small range of sprays they use starting with mild hits to more blatant hits. Your sweet spot falls right in the middle of that. Try each product out on its own at first to get a good feel for it. I think you would do fine with A314 for the objective you provided. Tisha ---

FOr A314 or other pheromones, you have to do a bit of experiment to find your sweet spot. Try with one drop/spray. Go to different occasions and try to observe the reaction, body language, how people greet you, how receptive are they and so on. Just observe the difference. Do it for a few days. The try 2 drops/sprays and do the same. Then you will know how many sprays/drops most suit you. I don’t recommend you to wear combination. Try each phero at one time to understand the effect and your sweet spot. After you are familiar with the effect and the sweet spot for each of the pheros then you can combine them to achieve your desired results. It is not easy to get ghost effect from A314. normally 1 - 4 drops are ok. However, if you wish, you can try IS and IO. They are [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/), more ‘friendly’ pheromone and less likely to OD. ---

Thanks guys,…greatly appreciated for the information you have provided me. The good news is that I just bought A314 and Instant Shine, I will try [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty maybe on a latter basis and there is no bad news yet…hehe =) I will be waiting for the arrival of the product and we’ll see what happen.
