Hey everyone, I am 32 years old and from BC Canada. Have done a lot of reading about pheromones in the past and even played around with a few. Had varying results but never kept track of them accurately enough to make any definitive statements about their effects for me. I plan to change that now. I am going to be keeping a very detailed log of every pheromone I use along with the day-to-day effects from it. I’m really excited to see the results, and will gladly be sharing everything I discover through this journey. I’m also excited to see such a dedicated group of people to the experimenting with these products. I know I have a lot to learn when it comes to their uses and more importantly how they work together, but from the little I have read on here so far I can tell it’s going to be a lot of fun! I have received my first order and am going to be starting with Ammo, Instant Shine, and A314. Planning on purchasing [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Honesty next. Any recommendations as to others I should be starting out with or that will work well with any of these? I am planning on experimenting in two environments. One for work with my co-workers and boss, and the other for day-to-day interactions with women both that I have just met and already have known for a while. I am quite open to any and all advice and hope to be a contributing member and help out anyone that I can with what I learn along the way. - Mark ---

Hiya Mark! What’s up!? Glad you could join our little forum here, PheroTalk. 🙂 It would be a pleasure to see what you get with the mones that you use. Do start up a journal and chronicle your experiences. Many do around here, as do I! Take a look at the stickies at the top of the Men’s and Women’s forums to get some gems of advice on mones. These will help you better understand what mones do, how to apply, and what they can’t do! Personally, I started out with IShine as my first mone. I love its youthful vibe and comforting feeling others get when I have it on. How’d you find this forum, BTW? Hi Mark, good choice on your first purchase. A314, Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) are all good allround standalone products that also mix very well with virtually anything else. You’ll only need to remember to moderate the dosage when stacking up, as some ingredients are present in different products, like Ammo and A314 both contain androsterone and androstenone, both of which can be easily overdosed… Well, you’ll find it all out whilst testing it yourself and reading the forum. Hi there Mark, Thats cool that your going to be keeping a detailed journal this time,will be interesting to see how you progress and the results you get.Haha,testing will definitely be a lot of fun(^_^)What your starting with is a very good starter set and actually covers everything(^_^)A314+instant shine for work and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)+instant shine for your day to day interactions with women is actually all you need.Openness is good for people you just met for icebreaking though and honesty is good for dates so they tend to be a bit more situational.Haha,the only advice would be to find your sweet spot for dosage once youve tried them out a few times and just have fun with it(^\_^)Can check out how to find your sweet spot in the link at the bottom.All the best and looking forward to catching ya around the forums.You sound like a pretty awesome person. Welcome to pherotalk Mark! It looks like you are willing to purchase all the instant lines, but most of them to start of. What are you planning to use the A314 for. I do recommend that all men purchase the A314 but just note that if you are shy and not alpha that it will not work the way it should. You can however work your way up to it by using IG and Ammo for a confidence boast. _ **Your gc was issued! 🙂** _
