Hey everyone! I’m a reasonably well built (athletic) 26 year old male from Brisbane Australia. I work in a hospital - surrounded by women… My obstacle? My confidence had taken a tremendous battering throughout my previous relationship and messy break-up. So, I’ve inadvertantly developed a great shyness and fear of making the first move due to the possibility of rejection. However once the walls are down (ice is broken) and start feeling comfortable, I can generally hold my own in a conversation. I guess I’m really looking for something to aid me in making/confidence to make the first move or in fact being on the receiving end of a “pick-up” so to speak. I’ve been thinking about getting ‘[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)’, ‘Instant Honesty’ and or ‘Instant Shine’ for within the working environment. Would there be any advantage of getting ‘Ammo’ as well as or over the others to wear at work? or is it generally recommended for “clubbing/bars”? For going out purposes, I was thinking of getting ‘Instant Openness’, ‘Ammo’ and ‘Turn Up The Heat’. Any further recommendations are greatly appreciated, such as the addition of ‘Alpha A314’ to either of those? I guess I may as well buy the lot of them… hahah 😕 A few other questions I have: I generally work from 7pm till 7am.. So, many of the women that I might have the chance of meeting in my travels are generally tired.. I was wondering if this poses as a disadvantage to the effectiveness of the pheromones - as when you are tired you may be less receptive? Also, does smoking or being around cigarette smoke reduce the effectiveness of the pheromones that one uses? Thank-you in advance for answers, advice and/or direction 🙂 ---

Hello Avel 🙂 Welcome to PheroTalk! It’s tough Avel, but I’m positive you will get out of this slump. To help you approach initiating conversations I would say [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is great. Though you may have to very initial work to build up a conversation (make the first move to talk), once past that, it will be easier to hold it and they will easily flow with words. Ammo, since it’s a hospital I would recommend you don’t use it. But for outside of work, use it! Ammo is a great standalone product as it’s for sexual attraction, a bit of confidence as well as respect which will really help you. You can even try it one day at your work to see how things go. Instant Shine, yes Avel, good choice. Instant Shine is really a great product for anything. It uplifts everyones mood. It might be wonderful at your work as well 😉 It makes you seem like a fun to be around with, cool, relaxed person. It’s a great mood enhancer positively. A314 is awesome. You’ve looked at all the right products and have proper ideas in your mind. A314 will give you a confidence boost. Not just that, it gives you a alpha male, mature, respect and power vibes all in one. For you, since you do not initiate conversations right now, mix it with IO and IShine and see how it goes for you. It will soften it. Being tired may mean less receptive but pheromones are more a subconscious thing rather than conscious so it can effect them at a greater level considering they are tired. G’day mate. Consider putting ig on your list of things to try. It is a non-offensive male [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) entirely appropriate for the hospital environment. It’s based on rone, like a314, but its not as intimidating. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Avel! I mean when you are dating and putting yourself out there I think rejection is inevitable. I think it’s the way you take it. You got to learn from that very rejection and not just rejections per say but all failures. Turn your present failures into future successes.
