Hello guys. I am very excited to have stumbled upon this forum. Gazing through the threads has enticed me on the effectiveness of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). Hey jumpincat, welcome to pherotalk How did you stumble upon this forum anyway? Do you generally find yourself being anxious in social situations to begin with? is it something to go with your personality type? Regardless, I would start with something like IS/IO/IG. IS and IG will make you calmer on the inside and IO will actually make you chattier to others around you. I stumbled on this site by dumb chance, one website led to another. I want to have a sexual effect with women I should have included. I will check out those options you posted though. ---

Wouldn’t we all love to have a sexual effect on women?! Do you mean that you want to attract them? Ammo is the way to go here. Do you mean that you want to turn them on uncontrollably so their panties drop half way to china before they reach your bedroom? That doesn’t happen, whoever told you pheros work like that is lying (ok ok, there are exceptions to everything). Keep in mind, pheros will not make a person do something they do not already want to do. If a woman is not attracted to you that will not change with pheromone usage. ---

However, you need to use it at the right time. Clubs where women are looking to get laid is fine. Outside of a club you need to build your rapport first, then slip away to the bathroom or the like (or when she does the same) and stealthily put on a spray to Turn Up The Heat so to speak. For young ones don’t take above two sprays usually, cougars 3 to 4 max. For attraction, I’d work your game first plus some sort of rone product such as Ammo or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and a social of your choice. I usually go with IH as it grounds me and removes my namby-pamby side. ---

Yes I’d go with a balanced sexy or status product like Ammo or IG before trying the TUTH. That one is a bit tricky to figure out. Add some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or IO and people should feel very comfortable around you. Both products will also make you more socially engaging. A314 is also an option at your age, but it can intimidate people around you, so you’ll need to be good at opening people up. ---
