Hi everyone. I’m here because I have always been fascinated with the idea of [pheromones](https://a314.com/), but have heard so much negativity about it, that it has hindered my willingness to try it. I am not hurting for attention from the men, but there is this one guy that I have had my eye on for quite some time, but he’s so shy that he won’t approach me in person. We have a great time together, but only able to be himself with me if we’re online. We do lunch on occasion and would like to spend more time with him if he weren’t so nervous all the time. If this stuff works like I’m hoping it does then he’s as good as mine. ---

Hi nrdlver2010, welcome to the mone forum! There are some reports that put doubt on the usefulness of mones. Take a look at the studies and abstracts forum, specifically the Unger report. Though, at the same time other studies show that they can be useful. Well, this is a research forum after all, so you have plenty of material you can go through to check out mones! Although, the best way to check on their usefulness is to use them, I say. I started out my mone usage with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and journaled my experience on my sig below, Amazing in a bottle. During those tests, I saw that mones do cause an effect on myself and others around me. Now, for this guy, some mones can be applied and some effects would be felt, even if the user didn’t know he was wearing mones. So a blind test could be useful… If you can get him some AMMO or IG as a gift, this normally gives me a confidence to be in my own skin, a need to look others in the eye feeling. Of course, mones will also affect those around him if he does wear these. Now, you could also get some IS and IH for yourself and not envolve him yet. Then wear it yourself when your with him, act relaxed and open to him. Body language and facial expressions in accord with these mones. They’ll push that vibe over to him, pheromonally. Hey, welcome to PT! Where in Cali? North or South? Yea, it is bummer that he isn’t asking you out. Does he like you? How is your personality? Are you shy too? I suggest you try IH and IO with him. IO would make him open up more and ih would make him feel close and comfortable with you. That might make him open up more. Also, I recommend you add some [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A or B, depending on your preference to boost your sexy appeal. Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 For your case, I suggest you buy IO. It will help him open up a little bit. Along with some IH, and you guys are going to be bonding soon 😉 Also, you might want to look into getting [Instant Sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/). Great for your situation and might invite him a little bit to take the lead. Don’t forget ISHINE, since it is one of the best most effective products around here 😉 Enjoy. ---
