Well, I’m 16, male, in high school, Varsity Swimmer and Waterpolo player (have been so since Freshman year), and I work out around half an hour a day (not including my sport). Well, I’m looking for a solution to my shyness and I want to meet some new people, that aren’t guys, as I’m fine talking with talking around them. I kind of found this site when I was looking up what exactly Pherlure was, and I’m going to assume its crap. I would also like some advice on what pheromones would work the best for me. From looking around I’m guessing that its Ammo + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). If possible, could I get some tips on how to use them? ---

Hi & Welcome NotSoSure! For shyness I would suggest instant openness or instant honesty plus instant shine. I’m not sure what ammo would do for you at your age. Instant openness or instant honesty are fun friendly conversation encouraging products. If you have not read the mens sticky section yet that is a great place to learn about products and amount to use. It is generally suggested to start at one spray and work your way up from there. Snooks sticky contains info for young users explaining why you should avoid the androstenone products for now. Enjoy! ---

Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 As inkling suggested the socials are a good place to start for you. IO and IH are both good. Most people do experience some self effects from the products. Your young but I am thinking a small amount of ammo may be a good choice as well. It gives off a sexy fun alpha man vibe and some people get a confidence boost when wearing it. Thats a hard one because I love all 3 LOL. But since you mention shyness I think IO would be best out of those 3 to start with. Tisha ---

[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is primarily Alpha Androstenol. It helps people to feel more comfortable and talk to you more. Great for breaking the ice with people. Its attracts attention of a friendly kind. Instant Shine is primarily altered TAA and its a mood enhancer. It makes you feel great and people who are exposed to it are in better moods. I agree with Tisha, instant openness is a great product. Alpha androstenol is my favorite [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and it will definitely have you talking and being approached more often than instant shine or instant honesty. ---

OK here’s an idea that I’m surprised has not been brought up. When you order your [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), please get version 1.5 which has IShine built right into the Ammo thus eliminating the need for Ishine. Leave it to SteveO to come through and save the world from the villainous evil that lurks in the shadow of the womens forum. Just kidding maybe? Seriously though you have to put in your order comments that you want V1.5 of Ammo and that solves that problem for you. I understand you are anxious to order your product but your GC will be emailed in about 24-48 hours. Whenever DHL delivers to my home someone is there, so I am not sure if someone has to be there or not.
