Hello All, I am 30 plus years old living in the Los Angeles area. I have been told by my coworkers that I am workaholic. I am not the type of person who is really shy but sometimes I do tend to withdraw when feeling blue. That’s why I started using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). A big hug for you alexg27, another noob is in the house 😃 [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is my first choice product you should give it a try, it gives you and attractive edge, you will notice lots of eyes look at you when wearing ammo, it can also cause mildly aroused. IO is a chatty and comfort mix, make people want to talk to you and keeping the conversation flows. It is great for breaking the ice barriers. Hope you have fun experimenting. ---

Hello alex and welcome to the forum. Can you tell us a little more about what pheros you are using and what results you are seeing with them? Read the thread about how to qualify for the gift certifcate and let us know what you are trying to do and maybe we can help you with some suggestions and certainly get the gift certificate out to you. HI there, Welcome. For your case, I agree on IO and AMMO. I woulod suggest Shine too. It can boost your confidence when you feel like going to withdraw. It makes you feel good too. Good luck and do post your result ---

Hi magnum, I have been using Alpha A314 on a daily basis at work and pretty much every day even when I go out. I have had pretty good experience with Alpha A314, for example, people give me more respect and trust. Planning to experiment with different pheromones for going out to attract more ladies. I recommend you get AMMO, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine to attract the ladys… Use A314 as base for work and Ammo as base for attraction mixes and add Openness / Shine to either A314 or Ammo and see how that improves each base mix… if you want to experiment further you could add Instant Honesty to A314 or Ammo, its a very good product to add more depth and a feeling of connection to your work / dating mixes (best used around people you already know or date) to spice up your sex life (eg if you are already dating a girl) you should consider trying TUTH hope that helps ---

Welcome to the community Alex!!! I do second Bosshank’s post and ask you to tell us a bit more about yourself? The more info we know about you and your personality and style, the better advice we can give. A314 is a great product and I’m glad you are noticing results with it. Ammo is another great product you can try, and with Instant Openess and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), you will have a pretty good foundation. Have you tried mixing A314 and Ammo together? If yes, what effects did you notice? A314 is a great product. I noticed people give more respect and trust. Also strangers would say hello at the building where I work and other public places. A314 gives me a confidence boost too - I am not sure if people noticed this. I always cover A314 with my favorite cologne. ---

Usually I apply 2 drops of A314 and 2-3 sprays of Ammo. Together they say Sexy interesting respected alpha leader. The hottest alpha in the room. Now since you are in your 30s, you might be able to get away by applying both. Younger guys either should use one or the other, or cut down the dosage by at least half if they insist on using both. It was from a woman’s perspective (and what better giving opinion on appeal than women?) 😃 And yes… you must be yourself. Pheromones are not magic potions. so if you expect to just apply and wait to see things happen, it won’t work.
