Hello everybody! My name is Mike, and I’m a 4th year undergraduate student at UC Berkeley. I’m turning 21 years old at the end of September. I’m 5’8" and 202 pounds; I weigh that much because I’m trying to be a lightweight bodybuilder. At parties and other social gatherings, I’ve been told numerous times by females that I look really fit and built like a tank. However, conversations so far have never lead to physical action (if you know what I mean), so I’m not having much luck with the ladies. And I admit that I am shy with the ladies. Any recommendations? Thank you! ---

Hello Mike and welcome to the forum! Thanks for your introduction. You said that you are shy person. Do you find it hard to hold a conversation with the ladies? If yes then I would suggest to try [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). It helps to get conversation going. Welcome to the forum. Glad you are looking into better ways to create attraction, but I am curious about why you aren’t already getting what you want. If women are already conversing with you and complimenting you, then they are already attracted to you. You may need to work on your game. Not trying to knock you, but mones can only build on what’s there. You need to know what Indicators of Interest look like (IoI’s), when to move from attraction, to comfort, to seduction. Whether it’s a LTR relationship, which I hope you are going for, or just a one night stand there is a method. Just check your dress style and game.
