IS is great for confidence boosting and ammo is great for attraction, but are you looking for anything else in particular? Tell us a little bit about yourself, what your goals are here and what you want out of pheromones. How old are you? Where/when do you plan on using them? These questions will help us determine what is best to recommend for you. ---

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I’m in my early 30s and stumbled across the topic of pheremones while looking at cologne on [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com). I don’t really have an exact plan on how/when to use it, I just know that when I’m confident, I’m usually a happier individual. I’m normally shy, but can usually project confidence when needed. I’m hoping pheremones will make this a bit easier. ---

Hi 340R and thanks for getting back. If you are shy I would definitely opt for the socials IH, IO and IS. IH for deeper friendships, IO for being more chatty and open and IS for making you and people you are around feel better. Good confidence products are IG and A314. IG will help you to be perceived as capable and poised whilst A314 is more potent and you are the guy in charge. Mackie ---

For confidence it varies for men. In general, A314 will give you a boost. Others report P75 (careful with that one, anything over 2.5 mcg can head to OD territory so read up on it bit before buying). IG+IH is my main go to and has no drawbacks in almost any situation. IH plus either MX297, Ammo (none) or A314 also work for me. By themselves, then only A314 gives me a boost, but the IH enhances the others a lot. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) will also work, but I find its ummph only goes so far in the confidence department. GREAT for brightening a room up though. ---
