Hello I’m a 29 year old male from Ontario. I just signed up so I thought I’d do this little introduction thing cause why not. I’m a bit of an introvert so I have trouble initiating conversations. That being said however I also have ADHD so once people initiate conversations with me I have no problem talking to them and they usually end up loving my personality. The reason I decided to give [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) a try though was because a most girls expect me to be the initiator of a conversation and that’s just not going to happen without some help. Hello JJ2001, welcome I know how you feel. I’m naturally a quiet person so I don’t initiate conversations much. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is your friend here for attraction. It also can make the wearer feel bold and social. And then I would say wear it with IH or IO. IH is more deep convo and IO is more open convo. I’d recommend IH over IO though because IH builds a deeper trust, hence women will feel closer to you. The best way to go about it really is to get the men’s starter pack if you are able. ---

Hi JJ2001, Welcome. I agree with JDub’s recommandations. I’d throw in IShine also, it will boost your mood and help people feel good around you. You’ll definitely draw more attention.If you want increased charm, try Ammo also. ---

Hello JJ2001! I agree with the suggestions above. If possible I would look at the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get everything to try and at a discount. This way there is no guess work with anything as you get it all to try. This is the very best option. But if you want a few to start with then, **Ammo** A must have for you and what I would do is start with this one first thing because it does share a [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) in it with IO, so this solo will help you open up as well and provide attraction to so you can’t go wrong with it. **IShine** Will boost your confidence and a plus for you is it will help ease any anxiety you may have also with being social. Will boost your confidence also and put everyone in a good mood. I would start with the above 2 to start with if anything. Then the other 3 socials are IO, CTTM2, and IH. If you get the Ammo and use any of these with Ammo I would probably start with the CTTM2 and then maybe IH down the road to transition the conversation into more meaningful and deep. If you get the IO I would test separately of Ammo and the reason is it will make you chatty, but it may also make you chat about random things. So I would test these 2 separate to see what you think.
