I’m in my late 20s, a guy from Canada, just trying to understand a bit more about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I was impressed by this site and the open community that it has developed. I’m an outgoing person, but often have little time to socialize due to a hectic office schedule. That said, when I do go out, I enjoy talking to people and socializing. I’m new to this stuff, and so will likely be reading a lot of the newbie forums first! Thanks. ---

Welcome, I would suggest trying [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Openness (2x concentration). I would add Ammunition when it is back in stock. A good one for socialising generally is [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It’ll put you and others around you in a good mood. I love the stuff, personally. It will help you get the most out of your socialising time. ---
