Just received my order of A314 and also a nice surprise of a to go bottle of IH a couple days ago. I’m a 28 year old male. I’m very new to this wonderful [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) world and wanted to start testing these great products. I’m a very fun and outgoing person when I’m happy, but I guess everyone has a bad day. I am a bit shy when it comes to talking to girls, especially when we don’t know each other but after that I’m pretty social once I get to know you. My main question I guess is that I’m trying to impress this girl at my work whom I am really attracted to but she is in a tough situation because she is in a relationship at the moment. We are pretty friendly with each other when it comes to socialization but I want to take it to the next level at the same time not turn her off by just telling her how I feel. I’m also not just looking to get in her pants, because she has the traits that I really like in a girl and want to be with her long term. I was wondering what combination of pheros would be best suited to wear at work, since this is when we see each other most of the time, and also what would be a good combination to wear if we were to go out. I have been wearing 2 drops of a314 and 2 sprays of IH. I’m not too sure if its working but the smell of these products is amazing. Any feedback to this newbie would be mucho appreciated. What I can tell you from A314 is that it will take time to work as you go along… ---

Results from A314 can take a while to show. It also does pair very nicely with IH, however it can add to the more serious vibe of A314 sometimes. I would recommend picking up some Instant Shine or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to lessen the vibe of A314 and add some fun to it. I would wear the same combo you have on and add instant shine to lessen the seriousness of it at work around her. You might also want to consider ammo for when you are alone with her outside of work. Ammo can also pair well with A314. ---

Basically i want her to jump my bones eventually…lol 🙂 ---

HI There. Welcome to pherotalk 🙂 You mention your shy. A314 is not really going to help in this area. You need to lead with this one. It increases respect and ups your status. Conveys that your the leader so people will be looking to you to lead. As Maidenfan pointed out you can buffer it with some IO and Ishine to soften that vibe a bit but even with buffering the vibe is still there. I would suggest for your goal AMMO for a sexy interesting vibe and IO to help open up communication more. Just keep in mind that [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) wont make her break up with her current boyfriend but wearing them will keep you in a positive light and make her notice in case her relationship with him does end. Thing about A314 is that like everyone says it’s a very high status product. Downside to wearing something like that is a lack of social initiative on your part can be due to shyness but other people could perceive it as you being “better than them” or at least thinking you are. This is why congruence is so important. Not only to make your signal believable, but to avoid sending a mixed message that could get misinterpreted. Anyway, here’s a question for you, what besides wearing pheromones are you doing to foster attraction (NOT seduction)? ---

Well for the most part im trying to be more outgoing, and i usually try to start the conversation and gear it towards us trying to do something together. Im very well dressed and not to sound cocky but pretty good looking. I dont usually have issues getting girls but this specific girl has me losing sleep. I do understand being congruent is an important part of using a314 and i am actively trying everyday to be congruent with this product. ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) can be appropriate for work, just don’t walk around wearing a ton of the stuff. A314 might also help you meet your needs, although differently than Ammo. As tisha said, ammo might be the best choice for you here, its easier to pull off than A314, and still adds a level of intrigue and interest. Only testing will let you figure out which is better for you! ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Alkozyk! Personally I think with all the men products the guy has to put in some serious effort to get out of his shell even just a little bit to get real desired results. With products like A314 you just need to or else. Ammo is a great start up if you are still shy and will help bring out that confidence that is dying to come out. Once you realize that it’s there and you unleash it. The possibilities are endless. Your gc was issued. 😃 ---
