Hi everyone, I’m a 21 year old university student studying science. I’ve read quite a bit about [pheromones](https://a314.com/) (mostly other men’s experiences) so I wanted to try them out myself. A general problem I have is not showing my assertive side around women. To elaborate, I let my relationships with them continue into friendships. I have nothing against being friends, but it becomes frustrating when you wanted something different. Although I am working on my confidence and I have seen some minor improvements, I’m hoping pheromones may give an extra boost and help me out. Anyway, this looks like a very supportive and informative community and I’m glad I found it 🙂 ---

Welcome Sherlock to the forums 🙂, yes Pheromones can help with attraction and keeping you out of the friend zone. You will also have to develop your seduction skills as well as if you are using mones giving off one signal and your behaviour is not congruent with that signal your results will be poor. for assertiveness and confidence the number one pheromone is A314. This is probably my favorite pheromone and has great self effects of confidence and a take on the world attitude. You may buy it in a spray form or better yet use the oil. Hart said it. Mones may give you an edge, but you have to be willing to hone that edge yourself. Case in point, my fallout thread will show you an example of a woman I felt was completely out of my league chasing me down like wolf, and me almost losing her because I wasn’t following through. My signature spoke of status, and smooth confidence, but when she came around I became a bumbling idiot. That took some time to get past, but once I did it was smooth sailing… Look into AMMO as well. It’s not heavy on the status, it’s more of a social/sexy mix, but self effects are a nice confident calming, which would hopefully allow you to mingle easier. a314 and AMMO is a nice mix. Throw on some Shine or use Instant Gentlemen in place of 314 to take the edge off and you have a solid proven mix for a guy your age. Getting a little deeper into it, read up on p74 and p75. p74 is a great buddy-buddy mone often referred to as the best friend mone, however, if used too much it could completely friendzone you, which is where p75 comes into play. It has a very strong attraction property, coupled with an aggressive physical presence. Use it during times when you want them to know you’re not OK settling for friendship. Happy reading! ---
