Hello All, I’m e40 and I’m very interested in getting into learning more about 'mones. I’m a 28 yr old male professional living in frosty Chicago looking for that little bit of extra ‘edge’ in everything that seems to cause the tipping point between winning and losing. In this case, I guess I’m looking to see if this stuff really works with the opposite sex. More importantly, how it works under what circumstances. I like to experiment and tinker like a scientist and challenge myself, so I think this is a good avenue for me to play around with. I’m a little shy at first but I like being social and meeting new people in general. I think this will also give me some confidence I need after getting out of a long term relationship. Seriously, give this a shot and I can almost guarantee you it will become the baseline of every phero mix you create from here on out. A314 will give you status and respect, which in and of itself can be very attractive. This will allow you to get that respect at work, and then transition it into sexy powerful guy in the evening by tweaking it with a few more products. Ammo would be my 2nd suggestion. This is another product that if mixed right is appropriate for work and play. At work, using maybe 1 spray it will help you to exude charm and charisma, then at night, using 2-3 sprays (or maybe more depending upon your sweet spot testing) it will help you to exude a sexy, attractive vibe. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is another staple. This product will help you to keep things light and ensure that you’re a pleasure to be around. Not everyone experiences self-effects from the products, but it seems like most do and IS is one of those that when I’m down in the dumps, or let some negative thoughts get hold of me, I hit myself with a couple of sprays and bam I’m back to my ol’ chipper self. I find that its also important when hanging out with friends and especially female targets. On my favorite girl, I’ve seen us go from early evening where we’re having loads of fun, then as things quiet down I spritz myself again and the laughter is on. I’ve tested this on her and others a few times and every time within a half hour of adding another spray to refresh she and whomever else I tested it on is laughing their ass off and in an amazingly happy mood. This phero alone has helped create a link with her happiness and cheerful mood to me, as she will tell you I make her soooo happy. 🙂 These 3 are a definite starter package to go with. If you can’t afford A314 at the time then go with the sprays, or maybe IG. Depending upon your budget and experience, as time goes on you can add some other essentials like IO, IH and TUTH. TUTH is one I would probably wait on as its a bit trickier than the rest. Because of its highly sexualized nature, TUTH if used inappropriately can make you come across as pervy, or desperate. The A314 can help with the shyness, so can IO and even IJ (but buffer the hell out of it) Now lets say you get the first 3 I mentioned this is how you can transition from work place alpha male to studly in a couple of sprays. All you have to do is adjust the ratio of A314 to Ammo. Workplace mix: 2 sprays of A314 and 1 of ammo gives you that attractive charismatic alpha male vibe. The leader they want to follow. Ready to go out? Flip the mix Play place mix: 1 spray of A314 and 2-3 of ammo. Now you’re still an alpha male but one who now exudes sex appeal. My life has changed with the use of these products. This is a great company, and there is a great community on this board who you’ll find is extremely helpful. I suggest that you first go to the men’s forum and read the stickys at the top, there you’ll find a ton of questions you will ask already answered. Seek first, then ask. This will show the community that you’re willing to help yourself, and in turn they will be all the more willing to help you. Good luck! ---

The gentleman just gave you one of the best answers I have ever seen for an intro post. For real, follow what he just typed, as it has all the information you need down to a T. Also, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is something that you definitely want to get to start out with as you cans see from what gentleman has said! Hi and Welcome to the forum e40! You’ll find you will get some very good advice around here on mones and other stuff! So good to see that the gentleman and Maidenfan01 have gotten on your thread and given you some excellent advice. I am partial to INSTANT SHINE and AMMO for what you describe. I love the smile effect on IShine on myself and others and the confidence and attraction boost that AMMO provides as well. I can see these 2 helping you out as well as giving you a good grasp of what mones can do for you. Oh, and I was wondering, how did you find this forum?
