Hey everybody, im a 23 year old male who is interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) for confidence and to attract women and hopefully get into a long term relationship. i am 5’9 150 and fairly athletic but usually come off as just the friend type and im getting pretty sick of it any advice ---

Hi Welcome to the forum 🙂 My first advice would be to tell us more about yourself so you can quailfy for your GC 😃 Are you shy outgoing… I think the best place to start would be with AMMO. Its a good all round product. Its sexy, attracts attention, has just enough anone in it to arouse but not come on overly aggressive. Pair it with a social like Instant shine or the ice breaker IO. Welcome Pat. Read the stickies at the top of the men’s forum for an orientation to the products. That should give you some ideas. I agree with Tish that [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is probably a good starter product for getting you out of the “friend” zone. ---

i would say that im usually shy when initiating a conversation with a women i see as attractive but once that barrier has been broken i get comfortable realy quickly. i really hate rejection, as we all do im sure, and anything that can help me minimize that effect would really be appreciated! i am a biology major and got interested in pheromones when we learned about how animals use them to attract mates, ward off enemies, and mark their territories. the idea behind pheromones really excites me but i have to admit that im still a little sceptical. ---

In that case, I’d suggest Ammo, and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). If you can, try the Ammo, Instant Openness and Instant Shine in the “to go” size to save $ while you find out what pheros you like. Spray the I/O on your wrists to affect others and on your neck so you get the self effect. That should help with the approach anxiety.🆒 ---

Rejection is just another challenge for me to learn from and overcome. It means either I did something wrong or she doesn’t know me at all and therefore is rejecting the 100 or so other guys who tried to get with her before me. I recommend some IO and Ammo like SSideways says. Good choices to get the conversation going and be noticed as the sexy hot guy. Welcome to the forum and I am sending a gift certificate.
