Hey guys, I’m from Colorado - I’m a 38 yr old male. Looking for that competitive edge. Especially in my career, kinda the Alpha male. I’m in IT and we’re looking for a new director, I want to make a great impression on the upper administration if you know what I mean 🙂 ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Mickaelia may well want a little more info from you in order to get your GC (knowing a little about your personality is actually a big help) but I can answer this question. One of the best business mixes around here - and one I personally use and like - is A314 and IH. A314 will give you a definite leadership vibe. It can be very strong. In fact sometimes strong enough that it generates what I call respect distance - people give you space. To offset that I always recommend IH. The beta nols generate feelings of connect and help communication as a result. So you still feel like the leader but people feel connected to you. Hope that helps some. ---

Thanks for the reply… Well I’m a an outgoing all around nice guy. But I’m not too agressive when it comes to career moves. I have a sense of humor and get along with most people. One thing to remember is that when you go into the interview you have to BE confident. You have to be THE MAN. Not arrogant but sure of yourself. Going in there and acting unconfident or hesitant will over-ride the subtle message of the pheros. ---
