Hi and welcome to the forum, idngaf. I’m a fem and relatively new, so I’ll tell you what I know and leave the rest to the guys to give you advice on gender specific mones.
The social mones are:
Instant Shine which does just that - gives you a shine. People want to be near you and stay; some common self effects are: a positive boost in mood, feeling smiley and confident, general well being. I suggest this just for yourself.
Instant Openness which again, does just that. It promotes easy, light, pleasant communication. Quantity tho’ not really quality, but you said you got that bit covered. As long as you’re in line with the mones; don’t be paranoid and wear IO - you’ll confuse people with the contradiction. Not good. I suggest you try this, generally very good results when you find your sweet spot.
Instant Honesty does what it says. As I’ve stated in different threads, I don’t wear this anywhere I may get it in my own face accidentally. I did that once and had to watch every word coming out of my mouth. But, it’s great for encouraging quality, deeper conversation. Some people associate that kind of conversation with a certain level of trust.
