Hello everybody, im 27 years old, live in Dublin, Ireland, but originally im from eastern europe, my name is Mick. I didnt know anything about the pheromones until last week, with the help of google i found this magic place šŸ™‚ now thing is that i dont trust/ believe in myself as much as i did before, looks that im affraid to talk to my bosses at work about my wage and other stuff, with women at the club or other people i have just met, im a bit too shy, kind of scared and quite often in a bad mood. what would be your recommendations? should i start with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or IG for daytime and maybe some TUTH for the nights out? thanks everybody for your help ---

Hello from England, Mick. Wages are always a touchy subject at work - best to let your performance do the talking. But even better than that is a little secret. Your results at work are pretty much 40% appearance, 30% what people say about you, 30% perception of you, and 10% what you actually do. Thatā€™s what Iā€™ve found anyway. What sort of work do you do? Chances are A314 (try the spray if you donā€™t want to splash out on the oil just yet, itā€™ll convince you) or IG if a dominating alpha vibe is unwanted in your workplace will suit you pretty well. I recommend shine to everyone as itā€™s such a buzz to you and everyone around you. Iā€™m soon to order some of that stuff in x4 dosage. Personally I have read more about ammo for nights out than tuth - the reason being tuth is fantastic for the bedroom moment but you wonā€™t get there without the other components of ammo. If itā€™s some kind of social anxiety problem you have with your boss/women, the communication products such as io/ih might be useful. & donā€™t worry about the delivery. Itā€™s speedy and got through my uk customs easy but as with most deliveries if youā€™re not around for the delivery itā€™s annoying. ---

Hi Mick, welcome to the forum! For your social anxiety, you must definitely try Instant Openness. Hi Mick! Welcome to the world of mones! Iā€™d say some Instant Shine is a very good investment for you right now. Iā€™ve found it does wonders for creating a positive self-mental state AS WELL AS creating/improving a positive image of you in the people around you! Havenā€™t tried [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) yet, but have tried Instant Honesty, a similar product. It works very nicely in conjunction with Instant Shine, and will have people asking you what you need, and carrying on serious, intent conversations with you without so much stress on you of having to ā€œcarryā€ the conversation, if that makes sense. Being a gal, I canā€™t say for Ammo, but a lotta guys here swear by it. I myself have ordered the A314 just the other day (in the cheaper spray bottle for a test) and plan to layer it with something to ā€œfeminizeā€ it to give me an alpha female image. Welcome to pherotalk Mika! I see you got some amazing advice and [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) recommendations. Now, let us not rule out the A314 spray which has been said by even P51 to be better in certain situations since the sprays diffuse better. I suggest you purchase version a and b try it out outside of work and when you feel you are confident with it use it whatever version suits you best with Instant shine to do the job. **Your gc was issued! šŸ˜‰**
