Computer is rather slow today but anyway! So here’s me, a 26.9 yo guy from England with a Nerdy complexion Just found this forum while looking for info on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) after remembering a friend at uni who used to use them a lot. Might explain why she had loadsa blokes after her! Find the concept interesting as I studied bio oh some… 8 years ago! Anyways. Saying hi to everyone and one quick question… whic everyone has probably asked… Recomended brands? ---

Hey man, how you doing? Don’t refer yourself with nerdy. If you don’t like the way you look, you can change it! Girls don’t really need pheromones anyway IMHO because they have other ..erm… ‘advantages’. 😃 I suggest you do a look around the Men’s Tips and Tricks section. Its loaded full of advice, thats where I started when I first came here. Only when I wanted to buy, did I say hi here! 🙂 Products here are varied in results so it depends on what you want. Hey! Welcome to the forum hun! I don’t know alot about male pheros, but instant shine is a must get! It puts you in a good mood and make others cheery around you 😉 Instant openness is also fantastic if you want the conversation flowing without a full stop lol it wont make people stop talking lol! From what I read (I haven’t had any problems with it) - A314 would probably be a BAD product to try first if you have a slight nerdy disposition (assumption is that you don’t naturally exude the cool confident “Alpha” vide) - in the Men’s general forum look for the stickied thread on “congruence” for why. Apparently A314 is not a good experience if you don’t have the disposition to properly pull it off. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) makes me feel like a million bucks every time - makes people around you cheer up too - try that one out… Instant Openess is also apparently a good starter pheremone - helps you gain confidence interacting with people because they are so much more open to interaction ---
