HI there, Welcome to the forum. [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) do work if the right pheromones are used and at the right dosage. Remember, pheromones will only help and largely have to depend on yourself. Phermones are not magic water. Tell us more about your personality. Are you shy or outgoing? Who are your target? What do you want to achieve from using pheromones? social, respect, feel good, sexual and so on. Then we can give you better recommendations. Cheers ---

Welcome to the forums 🙂. Instant Shine seems to be a favorite for most people here. It’ll put a big smile on your face and you may notice people linger around you a bit longer than usual when you have it on. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) tends to make people chattier and Instant Honesty promotes friendship and longer-lasting bonds, so you may want to look into those two. CTTM2 is kind of like a 50-50 mixture between the two. There are also a number of female specific pheromones that I don’t know a whole lot about, but I’m sure one of the lovely ladies will be along shortly to help with that. Hi and welcome! This is a friendly place so ask a question and I’m sure you’ll get a quick answer. I also recommend the search - there’s loads of great tips there! If you are shy I’d recommend Instant Shine as someone else has said. I find this gives me a nice “glow” that can make people want to be around me, and even if it doesn’t it makes me want to be around them! [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) I also find good. It doesn’t make random people start a conversation but if I start one it just seems to flow easier. As someone else said, they won’t do it all for you, but if you have everything else in place they might make things easier (they do for me!)
