hey coach! 🙂

can you tell us a bit more about your personality, maybe how you interact with your wife and how she responds to you? we can set you up with some recs this way.

one good product for getting the spark back is tuth. this works well when the mood is right and there aren’t any external distractions. it comes in a 2x strength as well so older users don’t need to use as much, making the bottle last longer. i’ve had good experiences with this as a younger user.

there are also some products for communication – io and ih. io helps open up the conversation, ih helps to deepen it. sometimes, communication is key to getting the drive back. these products pair well with tuth to create a romantic and open feeling.

are there any other aspects you wish to touch on using pheros? perhaps gaining respect at work?

Thanks for the quick reply. My wife and I have been married for 14 years and have 2 boys, 13 & 8. She is stressed from my recent business failure and her being overworked at her job. I am working on my income and am turning that around. It just seems that lately with everything else in her life she is focusing on, I am the aspect she has put on the back burner. She doesn’t seem interested in sex at all, in fact it is like pulling teeth to get a weekly brief encounter in the shower (or anywhere else for that matter). She doesn’t want any sort of physical contact at all including holding hands or just cuddling on the couch and watching a show. I love her with all my being and just want a healthy engaging relationship again. I have absolutely no interest in other women, just want her to notice, and become engaged with me on a personal level once again.

Thanks

thanks for the info. i hope it wasn’t too forward of me to ask that, but as you may know, the more you help us, the better we can help you.

here’s a good thread to read, and perhaps you might get some ideas from it: [Married Guys Looking to Help Life at Home](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/married-guys-looking-to-help-life-at-home/13695)

tuth brings the spark. of course you want to set the mood first using socials and other products, but once you need it, tuth will be there.

ishine helps enhance moods for both the wearer and the people around the wearer. i know it’s a stressful time for everyone right now. sometimes we just need a little pick me up to put a smile on our face.

hopefully one of the older guys here will check in soon to help you out more, but if you have questions on a particular product, just let me know.

Wow, Coach, sorry to hear things have grown cold at home.
I joined this forum for some of the same reasons, and have been happy with the results I got from pheromones. Of course, it is somewhat easier to rev up a man’s engine than a woman’s. Her lack of interest is likely directly correlated to the stressful events you mentioned in your post.

Here are two important things that I’d like to point out. If you already know all this then just disregard, no offense intended.

First, your wife’s emotional needs are more apparent to her than her sexual ones, and are likely stronger as well. Women have a desperate need for emotional connection and security. If we are not stable in our relationships (and I’m not just referring to romantic relationships, also kids, family, business, friends…) then we struggle to find equilibrium in any aspect of our lives.

For married folks I always highly recommend [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). This is a communication pheromone that encourages deep, meaningful communication, conversations where the heart is laid bare and can be healed. It will extend a feeling of trust from you to your wife, and may help her open up. Sometimes just being able to talk freely about what troubles us is enough to change things. It definitely always helps.

Until she is able to freely communicate her hurts, fears, stress, pain, whatever it may be, she cannot open up in other ways, and the sexual aspects are usually the first to shut down. If it has been some time now, she may need a lot of gentle, respectful loving to bring her back around.

Second, your wife is well familiar with the natural pheromones that you put off every day. This is called your signature. Any abrupt changes in that signature will subconsciously signal to the wife that you have changed. Unfortunately, we often automatically wonder ‘who’ and not ‘what’ made the change. So you will have to be aware of that, and be sure to give her plenty of time to respond. It took my husband about a month to stop giving me suspicious glances and looks out of the corner of his eye. He did relax and stop worrying after a while, and then we had a lot of fun. Other people have very short adjustment time.

The other option is to use pheros openly and be honest about what you’re up to. I don’t know if that is an option for you or not. Some just tell their SO’s that they are using aromatherapy or something like that. You will have to decide which approach is right for you.

I wish you the best of success. I am always thrilled by couples who are determined to make a success of their marriage and not just flush everything because it got tough. My parents have been married for 57 years, I hope to emulate that.

Best of luck!

Thank you for the advice, you hit the bull’s eye with your response. She hates that she has to work full time and lose the time she used to spend with our 2 boys. I am working on fixing that for her and am confident I will. I just want her to remain sane till I can get her back to part time or out of work all together. I will try the [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to get her to open up. I’m not as concerned with turning her into a sexual animal as I am getting her to relax and realize I love her more than anything and just want to spend some time with her. It’s tough now because both our boys are playing football and being in GA that’s HUGE! As you can see by my screen name I usually am coaching youth football this time of year but had to take this season off to work a second job at night. We don’t get to see each other much and when we do she is flat out exhausted and just wants to go to bed. I don’t blame her and am working more on relating to her and understanding her situation / stress. I have faith we will work it all out and just pray to God every day she can hold out a little longer till I get my new business running full speed.

Thank you

Hey there coach and welcome to PheroTalk 🙂. You’ve picked a real winning team to join and I am sure you will get the results every good coach requests and deserves.

While I absolutely agree that IH would be perfect to have your wife open up (its for deeper conversation) you might also consider some IO and Ishine as well. Here’s my thinking on all this. Where as the IH will create that close comfort and rapport you seek, the IO will help all that come out. It’s like IO is the quantity of the conversation and IH is the quality. A couple of sprays of IO to maybe 4 sprays of IH keeps the conversation flowing and yet still deep and truthful.

There are some obvious tensions and that’s why I recommend the Ishine. Where you want the truth to come out, the Ishine will also help keep things uplifting and loving. Sometimes the truth can really sting and yet with Ishine it helps ease the bite of the sting. Whatever you choose, just remember 90% is you and the mones are only a small fraction to the equation. We all go through it and I am sure you will come out super OK.

**Sorry for the delay as we are several people short, but I’ll be emailing your GC in just a little while 🙂**

I am new to these products and want to try one to begin with, which would you recommend? I am not looking for her tom pour her heart out, just want to get some closeness back in our relationship. What fragrance would it be? I need to be able to explain why I am wearing a new cologne.
