I am a 28 year old male who is totally new to the pheromone world, and all of the applications that are possible. My main goal is to learn how use phero’s to attract more women ino my life…I am a rather shy individual, but the business and social settings are also quite interesting to me also. The main question that I have is, what would be the [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/)(s) to start experimenting with to attract more women into my dating life? Yes [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IG are good options for attraction, depending on the vibe you want to give off and the type of women you’re interested in. As your’re shy you could also consider a social mix like IO, to help with breaking the ice with people. What girls are you hoping to attract? In what setting? Welcome gsubam, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie. We are short staffed and these gift certificates are done manually. It takes a great deal and I am back logged. Thanks for the answers everyone! @ ryan - I am a personal trainer at a hotel/resort, so I come in contact with many different people on the business side. I am a good athletic build about 5’ 8’’ and 180 pounds. I would consider myself a relaxed, calm, confident, observant type of person in social situations. I really don’t say too much at the bars/clubs (that’s what I consider being shy in social situations). I have been improving the business and social (sexual and non-sexual) areas of my life and personality for about 3 to 4 years now through the self-help community and by studying and implementing: Meditation, Body Language, NLP, Attraction, Seduction, and a lot more than I need to list right now. I am always looking to better myself each day in one way or another. @ himeros - I am looking to attract high quality women of course! LOL! I am looking to better my “Game” in bar/club settings and also day game type of settings (i.e. grocery stores, gym, mall, etc). Also after coming to this site and doing some reading I am amazed at the differet applications mones can be used in especially at attracting the opposite sex and using them in a business setting which would help attract more clients. I have known about pheromones for a while (anatomy classes back in 2006), but I never really pursued them like I can now since I have a stable job and a little money to play around with after all of my needs (bills and food) have been paid for. Google searches is what led me to this site. ---

Some people are going to say get Alpha A314, I’m going to save you a little money and give you a bridge between sexuals and business and suggest you buy some [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) which will be a little multi-purpose for you. If you want something for bars/clubs though I’d go with Ammo or Summer Ammo, you could try TUTH if it’s going to be a crowded/busy/sexually charged club or bar. ---
