Hi, I’m Henrik from Germany. I have read a few threads here and I gotta say I’m totally interested in pheromones now. If I get the 15$ I think I’ll buy one flask right away 🙂 Which one should I get? I’m 20 years old and I live in Germany. I am currently single, actually I’ve always been single since I am kinda shy. That’s why I’m looking for a phereomone that would get things started between me and women in general. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) sounds nice but Turn Up The Heat sounds really powerful and exciting. What should I get? help 🙂 ---

Welcome to the forum! [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a better starting choice than tuth. The tuth and other -none products can backfire on you if you use too much, and using too much is easy to do at your age. ---

Hi Henrik 🙂 Welcome to the forums. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a killer product, it makes everyone happy around you - and of course that’s great news because everyone starts to associate you with feeling good! Turn up the heat is great for moving things on, when you feel you want things to progress into the bedroom. I wonder if you have taken a look at Ammo? Ammo is really highly rated by the guys and is great for getting attention from women, then you could use turn up the heat to move things on later once you have their attention. 🙂 Best May ---

Gone’s advice is great. At your age you are probably producing quite a high level of natural [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). Too much of certain pheros can be a bit intimidating to women, especially younger ones. 🙂 May ---

Well I guess I’m quite charming in a sexless manner, and that’s why I was considering TUTH. And just because it’s easy to OD it doesn’t mean that I will 😛 But then again May made [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) sound really awesome, and it seems to work quite well, so this is going to be a tough choice. ---

Go for it! An OD won’t kill you anyway. It’s an interesting experience. Some newbies interpret it as “nothing is happening” when in fact a lot is happening, just not what they had hoped for. If you really want to add in the none, you might consider starting with ammo. It is a well-balanced mix that includes none. You could start with ammo at 1 spray. After you were familiar with the effects at that level you could start ramping up the none content by adding 1 spray of tuth. Again, after you’re familiar with the effect you can add 2 sprays of tuth. At a certain point you will reach a -none level where your results start to taper off and people start avoiding you. Then you can back off a little on the dosage and you should be good. ---

So all in all I would need only one or two products to get myself started on this… I don’t want to spend very much on this right away. I’m gonna use the FedEx shipping so that’ll add another 30 bucks to the order. My budget would be around dollars so… - 30-70 $ (1-2 Products) - 15$ (Coupon) - 30$ (shipping to germany in 1-4 days) = 45-85 $ I’d rather buy just one but since the shipping is quite expensive it makes more sense to actually buy two at the same time. You can buy the 5 ml to-go bottles at substantially lower prices than the 30 ml bottles. That would enable you to test out more things within your budget. Also, if something doesn’t work for you you will not be stuck with a lot of product you don’t want. ---
