Hey everyone. Looking forward to learning all I can in improving interactions with women and people in general. I’m looking for a combo that will initially attract and then lead to more physical (hope you know what I mean) contact. I was thinking IS with Ammo or A314 with Ammo. What do you think? Ok so a little about myself…I’m 34 male in good physical shape with a youthful look. I live in Toronto Canada. I’m into ladies that are in the early to late 20’s. I’m a little shy though and have trouble approaching women sometimes. I’d like to use the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) for the most part in the evening (bar, Lounge etc) but I don’t want to be limited to those situations either. Is it possible to come up with a simple 2 none combo that I can where almost anywhere (work, shopping, bar, lounge etc) and still experience the above goals. Hoi Getterdone, welcome to the forum! IS with AMMO is a solid combo, but the best combo for you depends of the places and situations where you want to use the pheros as well as for example your age. If you tell us a bit more about yourself and the situations where you want to use pheromones we can give better advice and you will also gualify for the $25 GC. have fun here magnum ---

Since you have no trouble in approaching girls, then AMMO will be just good for you. It can make girls attracted. It is well buffered and can be used at most social occassions. Good luck ---

thanks for adding more info! try AMMO as base product, its a good alround attraction product for day and night add Instant Shine to make people feel good in your presence and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to make people open up and want to talk to you (helps when approaching) combine all three and find out which ratio of sprays works best for you… hope that helps magnum ---

Maybe A314? Self-effects can make you a bit more confident, get over the shyness. Although on the other hand, can give you a vibe which may be intimidating to younger women. If you seem too much higher on the social scale, they will tend to “auto-reject” themselves and avoid you, to avoid getting rejected by you (same as a shy guy will not approach a woman who is stunningly beautiful for fear of getting humiliated). Softened with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), or Instant Shine, should be OK though. Some users report similar results with Instant Jerk and IG. You’ll probably have to experiment and see what works best for you. ---

Hi there and welcome to PheromoneTalk community, the Internets largest mone community 🙂. Glad you discovered us. I will be sending out your GC in just a short while. I’ll have it emailed so make sure you keep an eye out for it. You’ll probably want to go with IG instead of A314. While A314 is a great product to help overcome shyness, it requires the initial effort of being able to go up and talk with someone and building on that. IG is much more warmer and charismatic and will still help build confidence, you just wont have to do most of the talking as with A314. So I would say get yourself some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Ig and if you can also some IO or CTTM. These will open up communication avenues for you and help keep the conversations flowing. IShine is great at uplifting moods, but it sounds as if you want something more to help you overcome shyness.
