Hey family! I’m a 29 year old African-American male professional, 5’ 11" around 160 lbs living in the city of Atlanta. I found the website while doing an impromptu search for [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) on the fly as my brother has some experience with trying pheromones. Although, he hasn’t experienced any results, I’m intrigued by the comments posted in various discussion forums on this website. I’m interested in reducing social anxiety and building confidence. As I’m trying to transition into an industry requiring presentation skills, negotiation ability, and relationship building, I’m interested in seeing if there is a product out there that could help alleviate some of this anxiety. Also, being able to connect with females more easily would help, as I typically don’t have problems getting interest from females, but sometimes I end up going into the friend zone. I’m hoping that pheromones will help me correct some of these problems that have been holding me back from pursuing my passions, and enjoying life at a much more grander scale! Welcome to the forum, Red! Good first post! You know what you’re looking for, told us how you found the forum, and told us a bit about yourself. Now it’s time to help you. First off, I must tell you (and I know that any pheromone-experienced individual on this forum will agree) that pheromones are not miracle potions. They can act as social lubricant. When you use them correctly, you may see people responding more openly or enthusiastically to your ideas. You may see an increase in respect. However, you too must play a part. Work on building your own self-confidence even when you’re not wearing pheromones. Now that I have passed on this piece of advice (and others will probably come along and elaborate on the idea), I’d say that there are a few products that meet your requirements quite well. You say you want confidence and respect. You want to be a man that people look up to. A314 is very good for that. It can be a complicated and subtle, and results won’t be immediately obvious, but by persevering and being observant, you will come to notice a change for the better in how people perceive you. To reduce anxiety, both of yourself and of others, you might try one of the androstenols, present in the consumer line as [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty. These make people more receptive to you, more likely to engage in conversation, and more likely to feel comfortable around you. Instant Shine is also good with nearly any other pheromone mix. With regard to females, you should give Ammo a try. It works very well even if you don’t mix it with anything else, and has proven itself time and time again to many a user. You might not want to sink a large amount of money into this right away, as is quite understandable. I didn’t either, but was eventually brought to realize how effective pheromones can be and how they can enhance one’s life. Once you get your gift certificate, I would recommend getting a few to-gos, perhaps Instant Openness, Ammo, and Instant Shine. Try them. Be observant. Even if you don’t see much for a few days, keep watching. Sometimes, we just don’t know what to look for and thus miss even blatant hits. Even experienced users sometimes have this problem. Hello and welcome to the forum. The first thing I would do is pretty much confirm what Vespero told you. First, the pheros will only amplify who you are, not create a whole new you. And they only give you an edge. The real work will always be up to you. Second, for business, A314 is the product to look at. It can give you a very heavy alpha leader signautre. The catch is you will have to behave like a leader or people will quickly ignore the impression it gives. The other thing that A314 can do is create what I call “respect distance” - people will give you some space. I use [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) in conjunction with A314 to offset this. It will help generate feelings of connection and as a result deeper discussions. You will still be “the man” but people will be more likely to talk to you about important things. Or at least things they feel are important. And finally for your problem of ending up in the friend zone, I would recomend looking at Ammo. It is none based and will let the ladies know that you are interested. But at the same time it is balanced enough that you can wear it to work. The nice thing is that it combines very well with A314 for social and romance purposes. Hey there Red, welcome to the forums! Out of curiosity, what pheromones has your brother tried? Were they from here? Cause if he hasn’t seen any results, he can try coming on the forums or calling SteveO and we can try pointing him in the right direction for their use. Vespero has given you some good advice, but let me see if i can’t elaborate on those product descriptions a bit. A314 is an alpha male oil mix that sends out a vibe of respect and power. You’ll need to make sure that you ACT like you deserve respect as well. Congruency is an important part of pheromones… you can’t act submissive and be expecting to be regarded as an alpha male. 😛 The one fault alot of people find with this product is that people seem reluctant to approach them while wearing A314, since its the alpha’s job to initiate contact. This can be solved by adding some Instant Honesty to the mix. Instant Honesty helps create a feeling of deeper connection and comfort, which tends to lead to more intimate conversations with people. Hence the name. 😉 Instant Openness pretty much does what it says… it makes the people around you more chatty and makes you seem more approachable. But beware, since chatty doesn’t mean deep conversations… you may learn all about a person’s cat in a conversation, without discussing something meaningful. But a little bit of IO goes a long way in initially meeting people. Finally, Ammo would be the best product for helping to not get placed in that friends zone. It’s a -none product (sexual pheromone) that has been well-buffered with [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) to make sure it’s not just screaming “SEX ME NOW!~” It also come pre-mixed with a cologne that apparently smells alot like Irish Tweed, which is good since -none tends to smell like body odor without a cover scent.
