Hi Guys, I’m 23 and new to all this but I’ve been seeing and occasionally reading the ads for [pheromones](https://a314.com/) in the back of my magazines for years and finally decided to give it a shot. I’m definitely skeptical of it but I figured what’s the worst that could happen, it doesn’t work like I want? So I plan to order a couple To-Go sized bottles to try out…any recommendations? ---

Don’t believe the claims in most mag ads, pheros are not a one size/dose thing - you do need to do a little bit of work to find what suits you best and in what dose. Saying that, if you want to plunge straight-in, Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or Summer Ammo would be a good start. Hard to go wrong with any of these. 🙂 ---

I agree with Mobo, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), SE Ammo, and IS are all really good products to try out. You could also look into IO if you have trouble talking to girls as it can help open them and you up but it won’t do the work for you. Also keep in mind with products like Ammo more isn’t always going to be better as you can OD and get completely ghosted by girls like you don’t even exist especially when you are young.
