Hello I am Tony, I’m 20 years old and I’m from Italy. I’m a student at University in Italy (Milan). I have been reading the forum threads since 2 weeks and some days ago i decided to give it a try and i bought AMMO and IO. I’m trying [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) expecially because I am pretty shy and insecure with everybody (male and female) expecially at the start of the relationships. I hope mones will help me to be more confident with people, and built up friendship more easily. I like go clubbing and there i will have also the chance to try mones. Even if I usually pick-up girls with not so much difficults (but im never satisfied 😃) In my free-time i play drum (i also have a band) and soccer, and i love going to gym. ---

Welcome to the forum Tony! You made a couple of good choices to get started. I hope you’ll come back and tell us what you think of the effects after you try them out. If you decide you want to try some other effects, there are plenty of us here to make specific suggestions based on what you want, and what you experienced. ---

Hi there Tony! Welcome to PheroTalk. 🙂 Good call on getting the IO! Along with IS, that’s the product that will get the ball rolling with new people, and a great introduction to experimenting with [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/). It would be helpful to know a little more about what you hope to achieve with mones 🙂 If you’ve met the other criteria, the GC should get to you even if you’ve already purchased something. 🙂 Meanwhile, let us know how it all goes with the products you got. Welcome Tony, I don’t see how someone who has not much difficulty in getting girls be shy. From the little I know about men it is indeed true that the desire of men is like a flame.
