Hello all! I’m a 26 year old male from New Jersey looking to experiment with some [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I originally found out about pheromones online a year or 2 ago but never got to actually try any out. I am fresh out of a LTR and looking to get back into the dating scene and figured pheromones would help me step up my game since Ive been out of it for awhile. So after doing some research last night I stumbled upon this forum and was very intrigued by the sucess some of you guys have shared. A little about me personally… I consider myself an easy going laid back kinda guy. I tend to be a little shy at first and have trouble approaching women, but once the ice is broken or I get to know them better I feel a lot more comfortable. While I am a little overweight I still consider myself pretty good looking. Let me know what suggestions you guys think I should try out? I was thinking Ammo, IS, IO, IH, or TUTH… LOL Idk they all sound so good in their own ways. EDIT: I also forgot to mention that I work in a supervisory role with both female and male subordinates. While my workers respect me, they also know that I’m a nice and kind-hearted person and tend to try and use this to their advantage or “walk all over me” in certain scenarios. I don’t believe that you have to be an asshole or douchebag in order to be a good manager/supervisor unlike many of my fellow supervisors and superiors. Anyways, what pheromones might help me out in the work environment given my position? ---

If you’re laid back, and shy at first then the effects of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or CTTM would work very well for you. Personally I prefer CTTM cause I like a higher Beta Androstenol with the depth of the conversation. Unless you’re opening sets with snookie, you’d want some substance there. AMMO is great as an overall attraction cologne. I really like it, and I’ve used it over and over again and had consistent results. I think that it’s perfect in the way that if all you’re doing is going for a boost, it works in almost every situation. I’ve used it at work and socially. TUTH is great, but it has its directed uses IMO, when you’re with a girl then it’s time for you to go for it, but the part of initial meeting, I would go for comfort and attraction first without too much tension. This is where your IS/IO/IH/CTTM will come into play along with your AMMO. Unless you really get into the hobby mode with this and research great buffers and mixes, I would save it for more close encounters. Hi and welcome to the forum! P51 has made some great suggestions for you. Though for your work situation you should get some A314, which will give you a stronger alpha signature and others will respect you more. A314 is also good with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) or Instant Shine to make you more approachable. 🙂 ---

Thanks for the replies guys. HAHA I knew I would get some kinda Jersey shore joke too. I don’t watch the show or much TV for that matter. Funny thing is that only 1 or 2 of them are actually from Jersey and the rest are from Long Island or Staten Island LOL. Anyways once I get my $25 gift certificate I am going to place my first order. I think I’m going to order to go’s of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), TUTH, IS, and CTTM. That seems like it will be a pretty good mix to get started with. From what I read, CTTM seems to be a mix of both IO and IH, correct? ---

Good stuff. I had to throw that in Some actually aren’t bad, but the way the sensationalize things are pretty bad. But either way, everything is good. Yes you are correct CTTM is a mix of IO and IH 50/50 ratio of what is Alpha Androstenol and Beta Androstenol. While as IO has 70% a nol/30% b nol, and IH has 70% b nol/30% a nol. ---

Hey there Jersey dude and welcome to the forum. Invest the money into some A314. It’s worth every penny and I can guarantee the people under your supervision will respect you. If you are not satisfied send it back up to a full year later. Yeah it really is that good 🆒. Its also a super attractant and will have the ladies stalking you. There are plenty of posts from days past of the A314 stalker issue. I think if you have that nice guy complex you might want to add in some IJerk too. It really fills a niche and breaks the boundaries and amps up the sexual tension. If you would, please select a members answer who you believe helped you the best.
