If you’re laid back, and shy at first then the effects of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or CTTM would work very well for you. Personally I prefer CTTM cause I like a higher Beta Androstenol with the depth of the conversation. Unless you’re opening sets with snookie, you’d want some substance there. AMMO is great as an overall attraction cologne. I really like it, and I’ve used it over and over again and had consistent results. I think that it’s perfect in the way that if all you’re doing is going for a boost, it works in almost every situation. I’ve used it at work and socially. TUTH is great, but it has its directed uses IMO, when you’re with a girl then it’s time for you to go for it, but the part of initial meeting, I would go for comfort and attraction first without too much tension. This is where your IS/IO/IH/CTTM will come into play along with your AMMO. Unless you really get into the hobby mode with this and research great buffers and mixes, I would save it for more close encounters.
