Hi everyone. I’m Hunchback, and I have a good friend who has been an active member of this forum for some time. He’s convinced me to look into [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) a bit more. I look forward to having exchanges with you all.

Welcome hunchback! Who is that generous friend, I wonder? Give us some more details about yourself, like age, sex, occupation, interests etc, and what would you like to achieve with pheromones? I am sure you can find something here to your liking.🙂

Hey nbully79,

Sure, no problem dude. I’m male, mid-40s, and am not sure what I expect from pheremones, but ever since I read the Perfume by Patrick Suskind back in the early 90s, I’ve been intrigued by the possible effects the sense of smell could have on the human organism. I guess the fact that a movie version of this book was just released reminded me of that interest…and, here I am 😉

Great! I have heard about the movie, but didn’t get a chance to watch it yet. There is a discussion going about it in the lounge section of the forum, if you are interested. You can read a lot about pheromones from a internet search. Most users here tend to use it as an extra boost in their social interactions. Some pheromones are communication enhancers, some enhance focus, some garner respect, some boost mood… and so on. There is a lot dependent on individual body chemistry, personality and such.

If you are just starting into pheromones, I will suggest you get a bottle of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and maybe Ammunition. These are feel good mixes (Ammunition is more sexual) and great for enhancing mood and attracting people to you.

Usually the effects are subtle and you can notice them through body language, increased communication etc. But once in a while the reactions are so over the top that it’s hard to deny the pheromone effect. Give those a try and see how you like them. Also, read through the forums for other users experiences. That should help you in getting a good reference point. If you have any questions you can post them here or in the main section. Everyone here will be glad to help. Enjoy!

Cool, thanks for the advice.

I’ve been browsing the forums, and have to admit that it is a little mind-boggling all the terms I don’t understand (TAK, -none, etc.). Seems like I’ll have to invest some time if I’m going to understand what most of it is about.

There wouldn’t be a glossary somewhere that could be used as a reference to the jargon people are using on the forums?

Hunchback
PS, I enjoyed the film (Perfume), and thought it was a pretty good rendition of the book. The book, however, is a gem 🙂
