Hello, I’m a 23 year old male and I currently live in London. I’m an international student pursuing my masters degree. My program involves a lot of traveling, so during the past year I have been in many different countries. My girlfriend was uncomfortable with it (long-distance relationship never works, I am the proof 🙂 ) and we broke up 6 months ago. After that, I hooked up with some girls, but now I don’t have too much time to socialise because I need to work hard nowadays. I am very outgoing and comfortable when I’m around my friends but when it comes to meeting new people I’m really shy. I am generally not the person who makes the first move, so sometimes I have difficulties in approaching girls and keeping the conversation going. The main problem is, I cannot understand if a girl is interested in me or not unless she clearly expresses it (for example, once a friend of mine called me after midnight, she told me that she was scared and asked if I could sleep next to her. I went to her place, we slept together, I didn’t make any moves and we didn’t have sex, just because I was not sure if she wanted it. Of course later I learned that she wanted to have sex that night). I have LOTS of close female friends. However I’m quite sure some of them could have been my girlfriend if I was just able to pick up the signals they sent. So I need something which would encourage girls to make the first move, show their interest in me. I will take care of the rest 🙂 I hate night clubs because I don’t like to dance unless I’m very drunk. Moreover I want to talk to people around me rather than just standing up, listening to high volume music and drinking. So, I generally hang out in bars, nice restaurants, pubs, and I sometimes go to house parties. And when I go to clubs, I try to get drunk as fast as possible so I will start to dance. Many of my friends think that I behave like a much older person. Currently I cannot spare time for a long term relationship, however I want to meet girls who are up for casual encounters. I did an extensive search in the forum and decided to try IS and TUTH as a beginner, but I am always open to suggestions. ---

Hi Flo, welcome to the forum. Thanks for the good intro, it helps us know what to recommend when we know a little about you. Ammo is a good phero to start with. It is androstenone based, but buffered enough not to be offensive. You can wear it anywhere. It is attractive to the ladies, and sends out a message that you are sexy, confident and charming. It often gives you a confidence boost, too. Instant Shine will make you seem more fun, and give a little shine to your personality. It makes people feel good. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will encourage others to talk to you, make those itroductions a little easier. It makes people chatty. ---

Welcome to the forum flo! I agree with MW. IO would rock when out meeting new people! And with Ammo, lets just say I wish I had all the girl friends you have, cause i think you are going to be having some fun soon! [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is awesome too! I would also recommend IH to make the conversations more intimate with the girls you already have a relationship with. but don’t forget to wear your ammo as well, because else it might push you deeper in the friend zone. Hello and welcome! TUTH is a good one for getting sex, but can be bad if your not going to a place like a bar or a night club. Its best to pair it with products like IJ and IG or even A314, which gets you respect as well as does IG. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is great all around as well as IO which might be more what your looking for because it helps people to become more talkative to you and makes it easy for the ladies to feel comfortable with talking to you. It also makes you more talkative. TUTH should be good if you want them to show you that they “Want you” lol. Are you more of an aggressive or docile person? That’ll help me know if you’d be more of a -rone person or a -none person. ---

Thanks for the warm replies. I was not planning to buy Ammunition, but after the replies probably my first order will consist of Ammunition, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Shine, and Turn Up The Heat (and maybe an Instant Honesty ToGo). I will order them as soon as I get the gift certificate 🙂 I’m normally agressive, but I never behave aggressive. I just keep it to myself and repress my feelings. So everybody knows me as a docile person. There’s a very beautiful and smart girl I like. Currently we’re friends (not close) but I would love to be in a relationship with her. So after I get my first pheromones, apparently she will be the first target 🙂 Also, I did research in the forum but couldn’t find the exact answer. What kind of effect does TUTH have? Do girls see you as a person who is trying to have sex with them or does TUTH seduce girls and arouse their sexual feelings towards you? ---

I forgot about Ammunition, but thats a good one too. I love the game scent. Hopefully the women in your life will like it too 🙂 Well thats good that you try to be docile. Products like IJ and TUTH contain a molecule called -none which can create aggression in guys. I think TUTH simply turns girls on, but can be seen as you just wanting sex so it’s best to wear it with other pheros ---

Thank you very much for the recommendations. Flirtatious, I was very prejudicial about London before I came here, but it took me just 2 days to fall in love with the city 🙂 By the way, I was in Netherlands (Rotterdam) between February-May. I loved the life there too 🙂 ---

Yep definitely. It is more silent and calmer than Amsterdam, but still there are a lot of nice things to do. And my friends there were lovely, so I had really good time in Rotterdam. I’m currently pursuing my masters degree, I went there for an exchange. However I also did a project for a multinational chemical company, as a part of my program. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Flo! It seems to me that girls are already showing you interest and making the first move but you are not taking advantage of the opportunities. Generally women won’t make the first move and if they do you need to be able to read the signs or you will definitely loose out. It’s all good, the men section is full of information and journals that will assist in that area. Your GC was already issued!
