Hello guys & ladies, I think it was about time to make my first post here. I am reading this forum for 10 days now, got my bottle of Ammo and togo TUTH. For the skeptics - yes, they do work, you just need to find the right combo. I am making my first post here to introduce my self, ask a few questions about some combos, and possible get my gift certificate, because i am planning on ordering some other stuff as well 🙂 First, about my self, i am 20 year old male, comming from Skopje, Macedonia (Located in SE Europe, the Balkans). I bought some [pheromone spray](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) bottle from here, but i didn’t know for what it was exactly, tho i was noticing people acting “weird” when i would apply that to me. A google search for “pheromones forum” brought me here 10 days ago. After 2 days reading, i made my order for a bottle of Ammo, for which i received a togo bottle of TUTH as a free gift (Thanks a lot!). I am planning on order A314, but until its available, i would like to try some bottles of IS, IO, IH or maybe Instant Gentlemen. Now, onto my question - I am looking for some opinion for the best combo to use with Ammo and TUTH. I really noted a couple of changes, and will make a post for my “journey” in the men’s section of this forum when i test it a little bit more. What do i look for, is, where should i apply the sprays? How many of each? Any suggestions from a fellow member? Are Ammo and TUTH a good combo anyway? I mostly hang up with ladies in the 16-26 years age(caucassian). Thanks in advance 🆒 ---

What is your purpose of using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)? Is it for ltr, sexual, respect, enhance relationship? Who are your targets? Are you shy or outgoing? Hi Voya, Welcome to the forum! Good to hear that you’ve done a bit of reading already, that way you know some of the basics, and you’ll know roughly what to expect in terms of hits. Like JB said… if you could tell us a little bit more about yoruself and what you are hoping to use phero’s for it’s easier for us to give you advice. Are you mainly wanting to use them for dating, or are you hoping to boost other areas of your life to eg. work, general social situations, are you looking for self effects etc? I’m no expert on TUTH and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) (being female and all) but I would think that at 21 your natural phero levels will be really high anyways so combining TUTH and Ammo might not be the smartest, you might OD on -none I’m sure the lads can give you more detailed advice on combo’s for you to try ---

Welcome to the forum, voya! Most of us on the forum apply the sprays to the wrists, back of the neck, jawline (by spraying on the wrists then wiping across jawline), and sometimes hair. What was the product you originally bought in Skopje? The base pheromone in both Ammo and [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) is the sexual pheromone androstenone, and if you’re not careful, you can use too much. That’s why it’s best to stick to only one or two sprays of these (unless you find more works better through your own personal testing) and using them both at the same time may be counterproductive. Especially with women in the age group you hang out with, too much androstenone can be intimidating or irritating to them. Your best bet would be to just use the Ammo by itself until you can get some of the socials like Instant Shine or Instant Honesty. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy your experiences! Hi, thanks for your quick replies. Usually, i hang around with people who are in the 20-25 years range, but sometimes might happen that we have a guy or a lady who is in the 16-19 range with us. I am pretty self confident, outgoing and never shy. I am looking to enhance my experiences, especially with the ladies. I don’t need anything for work, as i work as a freelance web designer right from my home, so i don’t think that people will smell the pheromones i wear right through their screens 🙂. I can acknowledge that A314 will be a huge boost even when guys are around, but it’s currently out of stock. From my experience so far, i have noted that when i put the TUTH, some ladies really get a bit nervous, sometimes too much. On one occasion (i put only 3 sprays of Ammo) i got what i wanted - some girls that were not paying to much attention to me in the past, started to talk only with me, not paying attention to the other dudes (even their boyfriends) who were around. I really liked that effect. I am not Mr Shy, i talk a lot, but not all can be like me, and some are normally are a bit “closed” when i try to talk with them (especially people which i meet for the first time). Will it be correct if i say that IO and IH will help here? Where should i apply them? Wrists? Also, i was wondering what would be the best place to apply the Ammo? Whenever i spray, i spray on my neck, behind the neck and the wrists/forearms. Will my chest be a good place too? Will be there a difference if i wear T-Shirt (which puts a “barrier”) on my chest, or just an outgoing shirt with the top buttons left open? I am out all the time. Coffee bars, restaurants, clubs, discotheques and other crowded places is where i usually spend most of my time, as a social person. I would like to know, what is the “radius cloud” for people to sense the pheromones? 3 , 4, 5 meters around me or? **What would i really want to see is:** 1. When talking with a girl, i would really want her to get wet down there so i can really notice it. What’s the best option for this? Apply only ammo, TUTH or maybe something else? I have no problems with making the first step, but what pheromones will make her literary “jump” on me (kissing, etc)? 1a. What and how much should i use when we are alone? 1b. What and how much should i use when we are in a crowded place? 1. Enhance my self confidence. I want to see some self effects. As IS and a314 are out of stock now, what will be my best option at this moment? Or do you know when will they become available once again for purchase? ~~ 2. What about ltr? I am not planning on pursuing a ltr until the end of this summer, but there is an opportunity that i might get back in relationship with a girl that i was with couple of years ago once the summer is done. Any suggestions for that? What i am trying to say is… I believe that i have a lot (in terms of girls, socializing, friends etc) but i want a lot more, if you get what i mean 🙂 If i missed out something, i will for sure update this thread. Get yourself Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), and Instant Honesty. All 3 go well with Ammo. Ammo 1 to 2 sprays upper chest. IS (x2) concentration: 2 sprays to each side of neck. IO 2 sprays; one to each to insides of wrist and rub together. IH 2 sprays; one to each outer wrist or enter forearm rub together. Voya, considering the products you currently have, and your desired goals, I suggest trying between 2 and 5 shots of Ammo in the locations proposed by reddog. When you are ready to take things to the next stage with a woman, add a shot or 2 of turn up the heat. Many carry TUTH on them in the small to-go bottle so they can apply at the right stage of the evening. Hey there and welcome to the forum. Well you are one lucky guy, the women in Macedonia are just **HOT, HOT, HOTTIES** 🙂. Lucky man! I’m sure glad that not only did you decide to use and try the product, you also stopped by and posted and intro to get the GC. You can use it on any order, so it’s all good. As far as getting her “wet down there” you might want to start out using a few sprays of Ammo, get her “happy” to be around you, and then add 1-2 sprays of TUTH to the mix. I think that should work out well for you. A314 will be out for a while longer, but maybe try some IG instead. Adds wisdom to your age and isn’t as harsh as the A314.
