Hello Everyone! My name is Audra; I’m a 27 year old girl from Maine. I’m currently going back to school for a b.s. in accounting. I recently stumbled into doing research on mones as I was looking for ways to increase confidence and attraction. I found this forum and also a book called “why men love bitches” which has also been pretty helpful lol! I am pretty shy but I always try to find ways to step outside my comfort zone, which usually ends up in some stuttering and lots of anxiety \>\_\> My goal is to increase my independence and not be so reliant on my boyfriend (of 2 years) for validation and confidence. I’m also hoping this will attract him to me more (that’s what the book says!haha). It occurred to me that mones could possibly help me with this. I am pretty skeptical but I always try to keep an open mind and give everything a shot. Does anyone have recommendations for what I should order to try first with the intro gift card? Thanks! ---

Hi Audra. I do think Instant Sexiness A would compliment the more confident and sexy self you are cultivating. Also, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) might be a good social mone to help increase the fluidity of those moments when you are stepping outside your comfort zone. The two can even be worn together. Yeah, I’m sure everyone was kind of skeptical at the start, but once I tried these two products I was blown away. I like to wear them along with some yummy body spray, but they work really well just on their own. I feel more confident. People are just nicer to me and treat me like a celebrity and I get asked out all the time with these. I’m sure your bf wouldn’t know what hit him 🙂 ---

Hi there and welcome knombar! I’ll chime in that some get a confidence boost in self effects with IS/a or IShine for that matter. I think these are good ones to start with. I would also suggest you look at IO for a bubbly talk about anything, break out of your shell mone. This one, IMO, helps clarify the mone skeptic pretty fast. 🙂 I also have some useful links on my sig below, Intro to Mone and on the Women’s section stickies, how to know what are hits. Welcome to pherotalk Audra, I am all for progress and from someone who has dated many jerks not all males love bitches only little boys who need to be treated badly and pushed around. A man loves a woman who treats him well and knows how to be herself I think what you need is more confidence in yourself and not so much trying to be something you are not Being shy is a very good trait for a woman to have and we should embrace our individuality Your partner should also love who you are and what you bring to the table Again, I am by no means knocking down progress and trying to be better I am just saying don’t loose who you are just to keep someone or fit into some image as to what a book or society tells you , you should be like I hope that this community and our [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) can help in your personal and social life Good luck! **Your gc was issued!** ---

Thank you!
