Hi All, I’m a 29 year old male from Melbourne, Australia. Have been reading up about mones for years but never thought I would take the plunge and buy them. Stumbled across this site as was looking for a mone related to work/leadership and came across A314 and started reading up on this. I am looking forward to trying A314 in my workplace and will be keeping diary notes with experiences, I work in the Finance industry in middle management and their are many Alphas around me haha. Also bought AMMO, TUTH, IO AND IH in the small dosage spray bottles, very excited about trying them all. I’m keen to experiment with the social mones with TUTH and AMMO with my partner. The forum is great with heaps of info, have read the guides and look forward to being part of this community. ---

Hi there, good choice of products! A314 is personally my favourite [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/), by far. In my opinion, it can be used for anything. It is also difficult to work with at the beginning, as being congruent with its authority vibe is crucial, otherwise you get negative results. Make sure you read all the “sticky” threads you can find, particularly here in the Introductions subforum as well as in the Men’s and Women’s sections. Any questions you could possibly have at the beginning are brilliantly answered there. Reading up some journals is also a good idea (although I must admit I neglected mine lately a little bit…). I guess more info will be needed in your introduction for you to qualify for the Gift Certificate. Not any personal details, don’t worry! 🙂 Just general information on your personality type, goals, background etc. Look some other introductions up and see which ones qualified for GC, then write an even better one 😃 This way me and other users can give you more informed, individually tailored advice. As a manager at work I am quite collaborative with my team and not authoritarian unless I have to be, I don’t have to micro manage them, however at times I am dealing with some difficult staff who try and take me for a ride. I also have a high social need and have an outgoing personality, however some colleagues around me dont know how to take me sometimes and can find my remarks coming across as rude or abrupt. With the A3414 will I notice the effects immediately? or is this something that affects each user different? I don’t want to do over do it with the mones and want to find a good balance that works for me. My goal with using A314 is to get access to other managers that I have minimal dealings with at the moment, but have expressed a willingness to work for them in the future. I also want some more respect from my difficult staff members. I am keen to use the socials, AMMO & TUTH around my girlfriend. Her personality is the exact opposite of mine, is a little introverted and I want to see what effect IO & IH have on her, we communicate fantastic and get along quite well, but I do want to take the relationship further with her. ---

Wow, you just dove right it with your mones selections! 🙂 When I first started, I sort of waded into the mone pool carefully with a togo of IShine. 😉 Then, I just kept on going… (If you want to see what I did at the beginning of my mone journey, the link on my sig below, Amazing in a Bottle documents that.) For work, I would suggest that you do use A314 and the best candidate to enhance the A314 that you have would be IH. A Respected, Trustworthy, that could be Hard As Nails, vibe. Love that combo. 😃 For the GF, yes, AMMO is a good one. IO and IH combined to really delve deep into the psyche. Let us know what happens with these mones as this is Androtics Direct Research. I have used A314 3 times this week at work and have posted in the insiders section, I am quite impressed with this product thus far.
