Hi I am Reni from South Florida 🙂. I am a fresh young college student only 18 and looking for something to help me meet girls and friends! I can be pretty shy when trying to meet new people so something to make the flow of meeting strangers easier would help a lot cause I’m much better at talking to new people once the ice is broken. I’m looking for something to help with confidence. Also, I started a new job as a sales rep so I’m looking for something to make people trust and respect me and just feel more at ease around me, more comfortable. I don’t know too much about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I found this site while doing research after seeing an ad for dr. amends formula online which i bought and has had mixed results at best. I don’t think it’s what I’m looking for so maybe you nice people can help me find something that works better for me 🙂 Well any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated! If anyone would like to know more or has any questions for me feel free to ask! This site seems like a goldmine! All these great people just helping eachother out why can’t everyone be like this ---

Hi Reni, Welcome to the forum! Glad to have you on board, I’m sure you’ll like it here 🙂 At 18 your own natural phero production is still very high so you could peobably get away with sticking to the social phero’s and get great results. They are often the most effective ones for the younger guys. If you add too much -none (i.e what’s in most of the sexual phero’s) you an very easily end up OD’ing and achieve the complete opposite of what you were hoping to…people avoid you, in particular girls your age and a bt younger. I’d suggest you have a look at the instant line…There are 2 in particular that I think would suit you. Instant Openness is great for ice breaking and increasing conversation as it makes you and those around you more relaxed and chatty. Instant Shine is another great one! It basically does what it says on the bottle…it makes you shine giving you a happy & sociable vibe. It’s also great as it boosts your mood and confidence 🙂 If you want to use something for owrk that gives you respect and has a smooth comfort vibe to it then have a look at a few member reports on [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). Instant Shine (x2 concentration) will make put you in a feel good mood and will help you socialize. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will get those around you in a talkative mood. ---

Hi Reni, yeah I’m shy too. Try [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), and Instant Shine. Instant Openness may help too. Also, just get into the habit of making eye contact with people and talking to them. Talk to people like cashiers, waitresses, bus drivers. It’ll get easier with practice. ---

ok so I been wonderin about the CTTM2 because it doesnt say anything about it at the store. I can only get 2 of the togo bottles and im stuck between instant openness, shine, gentleman and the come talk to me mix 2 to go anybody know which 2 are best to start off with? i was kinda leanin towards the instant shine and openness but now im thinkin maybe the gentlemen and openness but i dont even know about the cttm yet help please 😕🙂 ---

I would have to agree with Xiphoid. I still a newbie, but i’ve had alot of success with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) at work and I like Instant Openness and Instant Honesty for social settings.
