I’m a 46 male in need of some advice. I used to be extremely shy and not able to talk to many new people when I was a lot younger. Now I’m relatively okay with meeting new people (as long as it’s not someone I’m attracted to or interested in), however, I still don’t like parties because I get lost in the crowd, and just sit there because I have nothing to say to anyone. I seem to be able to charm a girl in passing with a quick line about her eyes, or her hair. I think probably because it’s not just a “one-liner”, but because I’m being honest. I almost always get a warm “thank you”, and a beautiful smile, but then I keep walking because I don’t know where to take it from there. How do you know what to say to a complete stranger that they might find interesting? How do I keep a conversation with her, and maybe finally make it past a compliment to a date? How could I possibly know what to say that she’d be interested in me? As for the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), there’s a girl that I have liked for a few years now. She doesn’t give me a lot of respect, though she is supposed to be my friend. I’d like to see her be more honest with me, open up more, and find her calling me for something other than because she wants me to bring her something to eat to her job. I’d like to get past a “trade” relationship with her, you know: I’ll do this for you if you do that for me;" and have a real friendship where we’re not making trade offs, but just doing things for each other because she’s really my friend. I’d really like to see an interest and/or especially a “desire” in her for me! I’d like to find out whether pheromones can help me level the playing field with her, instead of her always being so controlling and having the upper hand! I’m new here, so I hope it’s okay to be that open and revealing about myself. ---

Hi dan, you did the right thing in intrudcing yourself here 🙂 About the part were to past from the compliment to a date, you should look into the PUA world there is a group of people here that are great PUAs ask them for help, they will instruct you in the right way. About the mones. My advice is for you to buy Heavy ammo, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), IO from androtics for the times your going out to the partys, for me ammo alone is enough, but you should buy the others and tweak with them, because probably what is for me isnt for you. About the friend girl I would recomend you to buy IG x2 Instant Shine x2 and IH x2 from androtics and A1 from love scent. IG IH and A1 are the best mix for the friend thingy for me, I just had Instant Shine to figth the nasty depression side effects I some times have wearing this. Sorry for the ignorance, but I’m kinda new to threads and posting in general, anywhere, everywhere. I did a search on PUA and Pick Up Artist, but couldn’t really find much. How exactly do I find the people you are referring to to ask their advice? Thank you also for the suggestions. I’ll check them out. Dan ---

IG doesn’t offer x2, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is out of stock, and A1 cannot be found. So, I’m not sure where to go from here. However, IH has a x4 that I’m considering because this girl is the QUEEN of deception and keeping secrets! Also, i’m not necessarily looking to be a “gentleman” with her (she’s not looking for a gentleman per se), but instead would like to focus on her taking me home for a night. Longer than a night would be great, but I’m not sure how practical it would be to expect that from her. So, I suppose I have two goals with her. 1st to help her to “want” me (make her stir), and 2nd to help her to be honest with me. ---
