# Hello from MN

Hey there pheroz. I’m pretty new to pheromones and this forum too, but I just can’t get enough of all this reading and the sense of community is great, as I’m sure you’ll find out.

I can’t really offer up any personal experience, but I can tell you what my readings have told me. Both of your choices above sound like pretty good choices to me. It sounds like you’re pretty good at what you do, you just can’t get past the “friends” thing. Any of the sexual [pheromone sprays](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) sound good for you.

Another product you may want to consider is AMMO. It’s kind of similar to Turn Up The Heat in its -none content (the sexual pheromone) I believe but it’s buffered so you won’t come off as strong. Just something to think about.
