I am 46, male from Nebraska. Been married 23 years in Jan. My wife and I are happy and content in our lives but we could use something to spice things up in the bedroom and elsewhere if you know what I mean. I am laid back, somewhat introverted with good communication skills. Never had a problem dealing with people. I work from home so don’t have a lot of human contact much of the time. I may try them out when I go out with the boys. My wife and I might both like to try the romantic/social mixes when we go out partying together. My wife and I are very much alike personality/communication wise but she is Irish so you don’t want to piss her off. She has a high stress job and works with a lot of alpha men and woman. Nice to read your response 🙂 Ok, so what I suggest is, TUTH to you, also you can had IH so you can had more intimacy with you and your wife ( although in your case I am not sure how is this suppose to work, since you and her are already close enough 🙂 ) . TUTH and AMMO are at the top of my list. I only want to try 2 for now to see how it works. Instant shine also sounds good. I definitely wouldn’t want to use the chatty one when we are home alone. 😮 I remember reading somewhere about pheromones helping woman through the life change. Does anyone know anything about that? Ammo and TUTH are great products for you to start with, they definitely do work, as you can tell from simply browsing this forum. As for pheros helping women through their life change, I don’t personally know, because I’m not quite there yet, but she may want to try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for the moodiness part (if she has that). I’ve never tried The Edge, but I’m sure many have. You may want to post that question in the mens section, you will get more feedback there. ---
